When the manager was called, the manager also laughed at him, and when asked if they could provide a free sub to make up for this bad customer service, the manager said he couldn't do that . This is not acceptable treatment of your customers! He was the only person in the restaurant, was about to spend money, and yet this is how he was treated.. clearly Jersey Mikes has NO respect for the working class!
