Since I live 1 hour away, he offered to come in on Saturday, when they were closed, since I had mentioned I was coming up to the area on Saturday to see some friends. I was so surprised! I couldn't believe he would give up time on his day off just for me. When I was driving up on Saturday, I was a little late and called to let him know. He understood and waited for me. They also file documents which are not accurate because they have not been keeping up with the workload and make up for it by paying fees, from my pocket not theirs!
