They are great if you don't get into very complex corporate structures or obscure tax laws (such as QSBS rollovers), but once things get complicated, you should move to a bigger firm. My assigned accountant was Mark, and he isn't as organized as the others, but he has since left, and the company has merged with a company in the midwest.
