I was about to drive out and I asked again.... they had not check that! ("Lumpa Ompa that was one of my service people (the one I originally verified this with) - "OOPS, I forgot!" How do you check the box if you never performed the action? 4) Receipt said "customer ok'd" the windshield wipers - they never looked at them and never asked me about them, let alone did I OK. (no explanation for this one) 5) Oil filter was included..... unless it was not.... mine was on the "Not List" so that was an extra $22 (no notification) Thankfully, I had the money because I was absolutely not expecting an invoice nearly double of my expectation.

Imagine my surprise when I got in the car and not one cold breeze of air hit me. I called back to the shop and was told to bring it back in. This occurred several more times as I foolishly still had hope they could resolve the issue. During the 2nd or 3rd repair my compressor was suddenly in need of replacing. Then I had a leak somewhere in the system. Regardless, it took several visits over a 2 month period and it wasn't fixed. But each time they proudly stated it was. And when I say it wasn't fixed, it was not blowing cold air only somewhat cool air. And if it was hot outside, forget about it! I would have it on full blast for 20-30 minutes and the temp would not change. I gave up due to frustration. Last week, it was just too hot (South Alabama), so I took it back in to see what could be done since I had a warranty. I was told that although my repairs were under warranty, I would have to pay an additional diagnostic of $200 to look at it. I was flabbergasted to say the least. Never again.

So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Mariah, brings a smile and laughter with her customer service skills . All the men in the shop are good mechanics, such as Autais, Allen and Donovan. The shop and office is always clean. Mariah and Allen did a get job on changing the oil and servicing the truck. They made sure everything was checked because they knew we were about to leave on a long, roundtrip.
