The stylist Ms Fox Said she can do it but she didn't even get close to the picture. She cut more then she was supposed to and left her hair with no curl definition like she asked and explained in the beginning. It looked like she got nothing done and spent over $200. My mother in law left crying upset how Ms Fox left her hair. She then called the salon today to speak with the owner Paula Britt to explain what happened but paula did not apologized for anything that happened. She actually asked for proof of a before and after Picture and then said " theirs always two versions" she didn't make her feel as a customer heard! and was unapologetic about the situation. All she did was defend her stylist and not care how my mother in law felt about how Ms Fox left her hair. She didn't want a refund! all she wanted was to be heard. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and poor ownership!

I can barely see any difference in my hair, very different from what I wanted and not worth paying $270 at all. It'd have been the worth of price if I had gotten what I requested. I was so frustrated with the experience that I didn't even argue while paying. My friend had gotten similar highlights, had more highlights than what I had and was charged for partial highlights. I have attached what I wanted vs what they actually did. All they are trying to do is snatch as much as your money without delivering the requested service.

Being in the military, I workout daily, however my hair remained light and natural. Tiffane's service was also great my last visit at her new location. I had the worst hair salon experience I've ever had in my life with Tiffn'e Nicol. She was…read morecompletely unprofessional from the beginning of my encounter with her until the end. I paid her $500 for 3 bundles of hair + 99j dark burgundy highlights + install. Instead I got 2 bundles of orange/red hair, installed horribly. She was late to the appointment, never showed me the hair I paid for, installed the hair in my head wet so I couldn't see the color, completely left the salon in the middle of my appointment for 30 mins and tried to care for her small child as she attempted to do my hair & 2 other clients. I would have gotten better hair & service at a $50 weave shop. You can see from the photos of my hair (on Yelp) that this is NOT dark hair with burgundy highlights and definitely not 3 bundles. I got hustled & she was completely rude & disrespectful, telling me I should have sympathy for her because things happen. But she had no sympathy for my hair when swiping my credit card. Now having to pay a new stylist to have it corrected, after already spending $500 & 4 hours of time with Tiffn'e Nicol. Don't do it, stay far away!
