Ive had my same iPhone XR for about 5+ years now, and in that time i have broken the screen over 10 times. Every time it happened this was my go to place. I was charged no more than $100, and it only took about 15-30 minutes each time. Meanwhile other places were all charging a bit more, and said they would have to give them my phone for multiple days while they were fixing it. Wireless technologies is definitely a place i recommend! He does repairs on all types of tech too, not just phone. I plan on taking my laptop up there soon so he can fix an issue ive had with the charging port and battery on it. I will update my review on that once i bring it in.

They also never asked me what the issue was that I was having and assumed very incorrectly about prior damage that had occurred more than a year prior. My computers worked perfectly after those spills because I was able to do a cleaning of them all those months ago. Their forced cleaning of my computers didn't resolve my issue at all because my actual issue was electrical issues we had been having in our home, and if they had asked me what problem I was having with them in the first place they would have known this and could have earned their money legitimately instead of scamming me for it. I ended up having to pay them $150 just to get my computers back with the same exact problem. The issue wasn't with them at all but was with the monitors. If they had spoken with me we could have figured this out before this unneeded cleaning service was forced upon me to pay for. I signed up for a free diagnostic and then he called to tell me I owe $69.99 per computer. What a scam! The front desk gentleman is very nice, but the actual repairman is a scammer. They also won't refund me the money! So now I have to buy new monitors which is more than $150 on top of the forced cleaning fees! Unbelievable! This is shady business and they shouldn't be allowed to keep scamming people. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought this was only a misunderstanding, I reached out very kindly to explain all of this and ask for my money back. They only ignore me like I don't exist anymore. Of course, because he knows he scammed me!

Have had several visits to them in which I was really expecting something bad, but each time I've come away with fully functioning equipment at a very acceptable price.

This is the place I was directed to come when my inner phone screen was plateauing up. I have a…read morephone that requires some extra care and these were the guys to do it. Great customer service but so wish they could do better with appointments and estimates on how long you will be away from your phone. It's hard to give up your phone these days but you literally have to do it in order to make do with their queue system. It's just not easy at all to get an estimate on how long it's going to take and what not. You make an appointment to drop it off but there's no guarantee on when it's going to be done. The employees here are very helpful though and I was very appreciative of that.
