Revolve Hall is definitely an interesting concept, but the experience feels a little confusing…read more When you walk in, there are three different restaurants inside one building, almost like a food hall, but the setup is mixed. Some spots require you to order at the counter while others are full tableside service. It creates this strange in-between vibe where you're not totally sure what the flow is supposed to be. The menu is all over the place. You can order pizza, burgers, steaks, Mexican food, and even ice cream... all under the same roof. It ends up feeling more random than curated. The food itself was very average, nothing memorable, and for the prices they charge, the quality just doesn't match. Drinks were fine but nothing special. Service wasn't very friendly either, which didn't help the already awkward setup. The positives: there's plenty of parking and they do have a patio, which is nice in good weather. Overall, it's a cool idea but the execution feels off. The food and service need a refresh, and the concept could be much stronger with clearer direction and better consistency.

Visited Revolve Hall this past Saturday around 1:15pm to meet a friend for coffee at Curioser…read moreCoffee, which is one of the many cool spots located inside this shared space. First off, the parking lot on site is a huge plus-- rare and appreciated! The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It's spacious, beautifully designed, and offering much more than I expected. There's definitely a lot going on here, which is exciting... but also a bit confusing, especially for a first-time visitor. When we arrived, we weren't quite sure how the ordering process worked. There was a self-service kiosk that didn't seem functional, and no one was stationed at the front registers. We waited about 10 minutes before I approached someone behind the coffee bar to ask for help. Eventually, someone came over to assist, but unfortunately several staff in the kitchen saw us standing there and didn't acknowledge us, which felt disappointing. Once we finally got help, we placed our order at the counter and were given a number. When the order is ready, someone brings it out to you. Now, the coffee and food were excellent, which helped redeem the experience: * I had the Absolutely Alice iced coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced it was. I was worried the butterscotch might make it too sweet, but it was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. I truly tried to savor every last drop. * I also got a chocolate chip cookie, which was large, soft, chewy, and flavorful. Bonus: it was a steal price-wise. Despite the initial confusion and lack of front-end support, I'd definitely love to come back. There's so much potential here, and the space itself is gorgeous, especially the patio area which looked stunning. Suggestion: It would be super helpful to have a host or someone consistently present at the front to greet guests, answer questions, and streamline the ordering process especially for first-time visitors like me.

Our server greeted us with a bowl of popcorn to munch on while we looked at the menu. There are many tasty burger options to choose from. I had the San Diego smash burger (basil mayo on the side) and fries. The basil mayo was simple - mayo with slivers of basil in it. It didn't add much to the flavor of the burger so cold take or leave this. The fries were also pretty average but they give you a large portion. This restaurant has many tvs to watch a game and pull tabs if you are feeling lucky. They have decent food, good service and a fun atmosphere, I'm glad I gave newt's a try!

However, the fries were delicious as well as the cheese curds. The one thing I will point out is the server was very rude. My friend and I had not even finished half of our burgers when the waitress came up and asked if we would like to-go dishes. She had not offered the check nor dessert or anything else just the to-go dishes. I'm not sure if it had something to do with the dinner rush that was starting to come in, but it wasn't an overwhelmingly busy night and we had not even been there an hour or close to finishing our food. Absolutely unprofessional, please speak with your staff about proper service and communication with paying customers. It also should be noted that my friend and I are not white. I'm not sure if the waitress was trying to make room for the white customers but it definitely came off as such.

My dinner was especially good....the chicken fried perfectly...all dark meat the way I like it. The potato salad was not what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm used to a mayo based potato salad but this was even better with lots of flavor! The corn was also delicious. Everyone was very happy with their dinners. The chicken and waffle dish was also good. Ratio of breading to chicken was perfect and perfectly seasoned. The honey butter that came with it was also delicious. The New Orleans shrimp bowl was great too. The ratio of shrimp, which was perfectly cooked, to rice was good. Lots of great flavor. I think that everyone in our party enjoyed what they ordered. The only "ding" would be the service. We had to ask for silverware so we could eat and had to wait for straws because she forgot. I'm still going to give it 5 stars even though the service was lacking a bit. She was very nice but seemed rushed.

I ordered the Social salad. It was good but the presentation was trash. I also got a cup of the She - Crab soup. It was also just okay and certainly overpriced. Husband got the Pork Belly Burnt Ends at my suggestion. He asked if they had sauce added to them and if so, to get it on the side. Our server said they are prepared and the sauce caramelizes so no, no sauce. He asked due to being a type 1 diabetic and needed to calculate his insulin. Well, they came out covered in fresh sauce and were too dry to swallow. There were six chewed up bits of pork left on his plate when it was cleaned away. The Texas toast was the only redemption. Lastly the two others shared the half bird entree. Presentation was haphazard and the chicken was visually dry looking. They ate most of it and said the biscuit and sweet potatoes were good. The food alone wasn't bad enough to keep me away; but combining it with the service was. Our server Laura (sp?) didn't make her debut well after we've been sitting 10 minutes. We were there at 5:30 on Sunday. It wasn't busy at all. She was very nice. Her second stop was to take our orders. Food runner came and asked if we needed anything else. I asked for water as my glass was bone dry (I even ate my ice) and others' were 1/4-1/3 full. She said she couldn't bring beverages. It's water...not vodka. Weird. So Laura eventually comes back and filled our drinks and left the bill. She did overhear the birthday happenings and was nice enough to offer a free dessert. She got her cash payment and we never saw her again. Maybe it was the end of her shift? It just felt off. The table next to us had quite a few complaints and had a different server, so maybe there was just a bad vibe with the staff today? Hopefully management can figure it out. Bathrooms were nice and decor was nice throughout the restaurant.

She was prompt with delivering drinks, meals, refills and our check. We easily found parking and an open booth on a Friday night around 7:30pm. We started out with lemon pepper wings and Jalapeno poppers. Everything feels like food service quality food - fry and serve. Poppers were heavily coated with breading. Ranch was thick almost like a condiment you spread with a knife. They accidentally made boneless wings instead of bone-in wings so we got to try both. The boneless were dry/overcooked and lacked flavor. The bone-in were also dry which was disappointing because we were really craving wings tonight. Greg's burger was also - you guessed it - dry. Maybe the timing was off with the kitchen tonight? Huge dallop of cream cheese had to be removed to make this edible. Soggy fries. (Insert sad face) Dill chicken sandwich was also dry and tasted premade. We wondered, is anything made in house here? Boneless bbq wings were also not a hit, both kids expedited our departure as there was a mad dash for the bathroom. Eek, could be a long night. We've read the reviews and we're excited to support a local family run business. Sadly this was not our jam and will be a one-timer for us.

I had the Chicken Salad. It was BEAUTIFUL! Avocado, red onions, craisins (YUM!!) and a beautifully prepared chicken breast. It was fantastic! My husband ordered a blackened turkey with white American cheese on chula mayo on cheddar crusted Vienna bread. He loved it! It looked really nice - - and it came with fried to perfection and seasoned sour cream. The sour cream was an additional cost, but a nice touch for sure. Our brother-in-love had the monthly special. The beef patty is a little under seasoned and I would've liked a little more cheese inside the Juicy Lucy patty. The waffle fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The seasoned sour cream is a little on the runnier side and not super flavorful. The chicken nachos were delicious! The queso was flavorful and the chicken was cut into bite sized cubes. The queso and toppings were spread out over all the chips so there weren't a bunch of chips at the bottom that had no queso or toppings on it. I had the snack size of the Golden BBQ bone-in wings. The wings were juicy and I liked the sweetness paired with the slight vinegar tang in the golden BBQ sauce. The snack size had 5 wings. Service is fast and there is plenty of seating available, with a mix of tables and booths.

The bar was nearly empty, there were maybe 5 people in the bar/restaurant when we arrived. I don't think it was slow on the bartenders part as much as it was our server. A couple Guinness, a black and tan and a hot cider later, we waited to order food. While eating we decided we didn't want to wait any longer for our server so we went to the bar to ask for waters, our drinks long gone at this point. We also got up to get our own ketchup. Burger was fine but mostly flavorless. Cottage pie was fine, had I not been starving I likely wouldn't have eaten as much as I did. The food was just OK, nothing memorable or spectacular about it. Prices were pretty high for what it was, $17 for a cheeseburger is pretty outrageous, cottage pie in a ramekin was $18. Server wasn't very friendly, or was just in a bad mood that day. She spent a lot of time in the back (this was between major meal times, around 3:30-4) so she didn't seem super engaged or have much desire to be out on the floor. 3% surcharge for credit card
