Given a choice the would be my second choice not first. Tho you can choose your food from a menu, I was not given the opportunity to do that on my first 3 shipments, so I have burned out on most of the offered meals. There weren't enough Breakfast meals in the first 3 shipments. My Medicare Company allowed me 252 meals per year. Mom's Meals deliver 22 meals per week that lasts in the refrigerator for 14 days. That's a lot of meals coming in each week since I don't eat 3 of the meals per day. I rotate and freeze them. Sadly the menu doesn't change often enough for me. I had hoped the meals would help me drop some weight since this is eating much better for me, but not a chance so far. The fruit a Vegetables are there but to many Carbs for my taste. They should offer low fat and low carb versions and deliver twice a week. It is a good meal program but not a favorite at this time. As for taste, many are ok, even better when I add Tony Chachere Seasoning.
