I got the OG with sausage and it was smashed and crispy, the egg was nice and fluffy and the salsa and cream cheese added a little spice and creaminess which was a phenomenal balance with the crispness of the smashed sausage. The bread was also delicious and super soft. The avocado on the other sandwich made it more hearty which I appreciate. The chewiness of the bread works really well with all the soft elements in this sandwich. The hash cakes were divine. Perfectly crisp and served with a raspberry sauce. I do think, however, they could be made without the beef tallow and be equally as delicious and that way non-meat eaters could enjoy them, too. I live 30 minutes away from Poblano South but would not at all mind making the drive to keep having these divine menu items. 10/10 totally worth it.
