No longer a pleasure. On the morning of my birthday... ...I went through the drive thru and ordered an "Egg White Grill" sandwich. Note: egg is in the name of the sandwich. I didn't ask for any modifications. I wasn't asked if I wanted to make any modifications. The photo on the menu is a sandwich with eggs, grilled chicken, and cheese. I pay . I get my food. I drive away. I open my sandwich and they gave me a dry sandwich with no egg and no cheese. I call to complain, and after going back and forth for way too long, I was offered a credit through the Chick Fil A app. I was told that I would see the credit within a few hours. 14 hours later, the day ends. No credits. I call back the following day to inquire about the credit. I was told the credits are applied to accounts on Wednesdays and that they "saw my name on the list" for the next release of credits. Here we are 3 weeks later. No credits in the app. I have no desire to waste more time calling back to complain and be fed more lies. I am disappointed. This is not the first time that this store has gotten my order wrong. It happens. But to be given conflicting information and for a company that prides itself on "second mile service" to fail at a simple opportunity to resolve an issue... It's truly frustrating. Told y'all time and time again, I only want Chick-fil-A on Sundays. They know good and well they could open at noon at least lol. Just so happen I ventured here on a Saturday night and wanted to try the spicy pimento cheese sandwich. I saw the DT line as I made that u-turn and was almost like hell nah!!!!!! But I really wanted it and was quickly reminded why CFA winning. That same line anywhere else would have been 30-40 min experience. I don't think I was in that line beginning to end 15 minutes; wanna say around 12. The sammich was pretty good but I don't think I'll pay the $12 price tag again (meal). The food, service and price lends itself to an all around excellent experience and this instance was no different, The long but quickly moving drive thru line was indicative of the delicious food that lied within. My coworker and I opted to step inside and dine-in, as it were, during break. The food was hot and fresh and ready to consume just the way it was placed and handed off with a genuine smile from people who seemingly care about what they do. We were driving a truck and since we had to take a wide turn he got upset that we were "blocking the exit" but he was standing in the way of us going to the left lane, which had plenty of room for us to pull up if he had moved. Today they had 2 men directing traffic, I noticed the car ahead of me had room behind it for me to follow suit, but the traffic attendant had other ideas, he physically hit my car with his hand to stop me "let me do my job." I was simply trying to get my car out of the way of the traffic and into the chicfila lot. I'll never come to this location again, I know it doesn't matter me saying that, as most only come to voice their frustrations but I'm genuinely shocked and disappointed by today's interaction. There was quite a long line for both drive-through and dining, so I just went in, sit down, and place an order via the app. My chicken sandwich (redeemed using the points) and waffle fries came probably within five minutes while I was sitting waiting in the comfort of the booth. We also have a side salad with the avocado lime dressing, which was surprisingly good! UTTERLY DISGUSTED!! I used to come here for breakfast very frequently but recently i've experienced terrible service at this location. The employee who was leading us through the drive through was incredibly rude. She was initially very rude upon greeting us and just plainly asked what our order is with no costumer service whatsoever. When i pulled up to the window I did not receive my correct order and when I informed the employee that the extra hash browns that I ordered were not in my bag she told me to "check first" as if i had not already checked. When she handed me the missing hash browns she practically tossed them threw my window without waiting for me to have a hand to grab them. And I even rolled my window down to keep it light hearted and polite, but she replied with a nasty eye rolls, rude attitude and pointing to "get in that lane right now" in a nasty demanding tone. As soon as I got in the lane, I noticed the guy in "my lane" taking orders was multiple cars in front, whereas the lane I wanted to go in already started moving forward... I waited 5 minutes and all the cars where I wanted to go in were already moving ahead, whereas "my lane" still didn't have one order placed yet.... needless to say, you Lost a customer, and y'all should know about how rude she was. Shout out for shutting down on Sundays and giving folks a chance to celebrate the Lord's Day too! There are many admirable items of mention, but I'll focus on the quality of food. It's always served fresh and at the appropriate temperature whether hot or cold. I love the healthy options available for those of us counting calories. Grilled nuggets drowning in Polynesian sauce and a side kale salad washed down with a diet lemonade = pretty darn tasty! Don't get me wrong, I occasionally live on the wild side and opt for the fried version and who can resist their perfectly salted waffle fries. When I do have a wild hair, I opt for a kids meal so there's still some accountability. Best part: one can swap out the toy for some ice dream (cone or cup). Oh yeah! Budget and waistline friendly. Over the years, the number of folks flocking to this establishment has grown. Due to this growth, the restaurant has added outdoor clerks and an extra lane to assist with the "Eat More Chikin" rush. The food always tastes fresh out of the fryer which I love because this is when it tastes the best! The location of this Chick-fil-A is very convenient as it's not too far from the outlet mall and grocery stores. When you are driving, you may accidentally pass the turn as it's a bit confusing. The inside is well-kept and organized for anyone who wants to dine in. When I come to this Chick-fil-A, I like to place to-go orders because I rarely have time to dine in. The drive-through is also pretty quick to go through. You don't need to worry about food missing or getting the incorrect order going through their drive-through.
