Mr Dentz made an appointment for me quite quickly, and came to my home to fix two dents in my car where my daughter dropped her scooter handlebar into the body. Joe may be a little too booked up, or he bit of more than he could chew with my pdr request. He originally gave me a quote and scheduled me for repairs but when my insurance quote came back a couple hundred less, i asked if he could do it for that amount and instead of any sort of negotiating he said he was going to turn the job down. I appreciated his honesty, however i wish he would have told me sooner. I get it, insurance companies wont work with the pdr guys but i got the feeling during our first meeting that he was actually talking himself into the job when he really didn't want to take it on. I have had the pleasure of working with Joe and Liliya twice. Originally I had a hit and run where someone had hit my front bumper. I was able to text them photos and they gave me an estimate. They came a couple of days to my apartment to fix the repair within the hour. He buffered out some of the scuffs and was able to pop out my dent. My Audi Q5 looked amazing!! One of my BMWs had a 2x1" dent on the trunk lid. Joe did a phenomenal job of restoring the surface to flush with the rest of the lid. I cannot say enough good things about Joe at Mr. Dentz. I was crushed when my new-to-me car got a huge dent on a windy day. Called him first thing Monday, and he had it in his shop Monday afternoon. Update: I upgraded this review to 3 stars because after I left a poor review the owner reached out to me. He explained that they had been slammed with calls due to the recent hail storm. I still wish they had gotten back to me in the 3 days without having to leave a poor review. But I appreciate that he did reach out. Ultimately they didn't do the kind of work I needed anyway - but they are probably good at what they do base on other reivewers. This review is all about Lack of Communication, not about Service. I have some minor work needed on my vehicle and found Mr Dentz online. Their website says to text pictures of the vehicle and a message to them, which I did on Tuesday. I never got a reply. On Wednesday I called the phone number that went to voicemail. I instantly got a text from them (automated I assume) that said "Can I call you later?" I replied yes and that I had previously texted pics of my vehicle the day before. Still no response. It is now Thursday and I called their phone number again. This time I listed through the voicemail and I was going to leave a vm - but their message box was full. What good is a business if they won't answer you? read more
