    ***DO NOT USE THIS PLACE PLEASE SEE PICTURES*** This place has turned into a joke, see the pictures of my truck that cost $7500 plus to repair and this is the way they gave it back to me which I refused to take it such poor workmanship and ridiculous dirty condition. ($1000 deductible and $800 plus out of pocket and insurance covered $6500 plus) ALL THE SURFACES THEY PAINTED HAVE DIRT. DUST, DEBRIS, CRACKS, CHIPS, GOUGES, LOOSE AND MISSING FASTENERS AND CLIPS, DIRTY AND DAMAGED HEADLINER. (SEE PICS) They charged me $250 to strip the hood to metal which they never did. (REFUNDED AT PICK UP) Front driver fender replace and doesn't line up with door and window pillar or door. (STILL NOT ALIGNED ALTHOUGH BETTER THAN FIRST HANDOFF) They Painted the top of the cab and never buffed it and has etched hard water stains in the new paint (FINAL PICKUP STILL HAS DIRT IN 3 AREAS) Dirt in all the paint they applied to the (Hood, Top of cab, both front fenders, grill, front bumper). Painter place plastic panels with overspray and poorly taped body panel lines. (MASKING GUY MUST HAVE BEEN A BLIND PERSON) Torn headliner along with greasy wet sanding water prints at each door where they held on with dirty hands to prep the roof for paint. (THEY BLAMED IT ON THE BAKING BOOTH FOR EXTREME HEAT FOR THE HEADLINER SEPARATION) All door panels and carpet dirty from dirty hands and feet standing in my truck with sanding dust. (THEY DETAILED THE INSIDE OF MY TRUCK....CUDOS TO THIS GUY AND IT WAS HIS FORST DAY ON THE JOB) I am beyond beliefs that this place has turned out such poor quality.....NO EXCUSE...THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DEALER QUALITY. Remember all pictures are from when they told me it was done and to come pick it up, so this is the way they hand vehicles back to customers and I'm a repeat customer....SHAME ON THEM.....Pictures posted after #10 is at pick up on December 4 5:30 pm and December 5 at noon. I'M TAKING THIS COMPLAINT TO THE TOP.....I'm filing another complaint this week as I have given them more that enough time to complete my vehicle and they have not done it to the proper specs. I have received messages from previous employees about this location and I can say it is not good :/ My updated round 2 picture should be coming soon once the inspection is done by me and another person that is familiar with paint and bodywork. Round 3 of getting these issue resolved in a matter of 2-3 weeks Ok here were are December 14 2017, new manager and things are still not 100 percent and they have failed me for the last time. The last 6 pics are of the final issues brought up to the new manager and the corporate manager and the estimator person whom dealt with the claim from the beginning and. We had scraped the side of our rear driver side door on our Model Y pulling into our garage. We took the car to another body shop and they completely botched the job - the paint was a complete mismatch and they had sanded the door down so badly that there were no body lines left. It was completely unacceptable and needed to be fixed. We knew that we needed to take it somewhere that knew exactly how to handle a Tesla and restore it back to factory. Autocraft was exactly what we needed. They concluded that the previous work was so bad that we needed a new door. Once we decided to go with them, they promptly ordered the door for us and got us on their schedule. Tammie and Jaci were amazing. Our insurance initially didn't want to cover this because of the initial botched job, but Tammie fought for us the whole way and ran it all the way up the chain and got it approved. Amazing. On top of the above and beyond customer service, the work was flawless. They completely restored our Model Y back to factory. Don't make the mistake we did and use a non-Tesla approved body shop. Autocraft is the only choice.

Our car was totaled and we have been having trouble tracking down the policy holder and claim info. Apparently they have it but won't pass the information to me the vehicle owner. I'm an insurance agent over 15 years and would not recommend doing business or recommend any of my customers to them. I would have been more than happy to do business if they simply provided me with claim info. To hold that info hostage unless we do business with them is borderline illegal. Bad business practice all around not willing to help a potential client.

My one complaint is that I had to call for an updates on the progress of the repairs. I wish they had kept me updated, even if it was just a text update. They did a great job negotiating with my insurance, though I do think 3 weeks was a little long to be without my car.

Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. I am forever grateful for this shop and all the folks who work there. I am old school so please I hope no one takes offense on this next statement. If you have anxiety about cars....come here.
