Leander / Cedar Park had a couple of hailstorms roll through over the last couple of weeks in May 2025. Like most people who park outside, I received some damage to my truck (4 or 5 dents from hail). I was dreading the process I would have to go through to get my truck fix. After I received a estimate of damage from my insurance company and received my money, I started looking around to see what body shops are in the area. I found Critical Collision was only a few miles from where I live. I read all the reviews and every review was extremely positive. so I gave George a call and he was able to pickup right away. George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I head to the body shop and inspect my truck. All the hail damage and door dings are gone! it looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and give George a call. George and his team went above and beyond to get my car back to me in just **three workdays**--even though my insurance company estimated it would take over a week. Not only did they handle the repairs flawlessly, but they also helped me find a **replacement spare and new tire at a great price** when insurance wouldn't cover either. On top of that, I opted for their **mid-level detail package**, and when I picked up my car, it looked **brand new--like it just rolled off the lot**. George did amazing work - can't tell it was dented at all, and the add on detail service looks wonderful!

I had a minor, but pretty nasty-looking dent on my front fender. To get it fixed at the dealership would have meant buying several thousands of dollars in parts. After Austin's storm. Young man Jimmy Megel owner of Critical Collision came up to our house day after. Handing out flyers, waived the $1000 deductibles. Well Cool. Jimmy came and pick up my truck on May 30. On June 8th my truck was moved at 9:58pm to a local residence. By Monday they moved my truck back to the shop. Call an ask why my truck was moved they denied it. Or they say, we use your vehicle to pick up parts and paint. Then I had to tell them I had a LoJack. End of story!! So i went to the shop to get my truck inwhich took about 25mins for them to gave back my keys and my truck was not lock. Not Cool..His worker couldn't speak English said he had no keys and drove off and didn't come back leaving the shop unattended Ok..Few texts and calls here and there. Until his brother shown up, then given me my keys back, and then I drove off the shop. Critical Collision did not work on my truck!! l Gave proof and pictures to the owner. I tried to do what I though would be a simple repair, but ended up calling George who understood I was trying to keep within a certain budget. He went out of his way to get the job done and correct errors in my attempt. Much more complicated than I ever knew and George definitely knows what he is doing.
