They said it was 306.00 because they used a portable cleaning machine. I was never told about this, very bad communication. The technicians were good. They did a good job, but the whole issue is not being told that the price was a lot more than quoted. I think this is very unethical. We never use this company again.

The guys that came were friendly, but I have had several comments about the carpeted rooms smelling of dog, however i added the deodorizer to my cleaning to make it smell fresh and clean. I have also since made my own cleaner and scrubbed the carpets there were several large stains left, I got more of the stains out than they did. I feel like I wasted my money. My realtor was here for pictures the day after the cleaning and she noted it didn't smell like it was cleaned at all. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and it was amazing what they got cleaned out of my carpets, I am very disappointed.
