The guys that came were friendly, but I have had several comments about the carpeted rooms smelling of dog, however i added the deodorizer to my cleaning to make it smell fresh and clean. I have also since made my own cleaner and scrubbed the carpets there were several large stains left, I got more of the stains out than they did. I feel like I wasted my money. My realtor was here for pictures the day after the cleaning and she noted it didn't smell like it was cleaned at all. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and it was amazing what they got cleaned out of my carpets, I am very disappointed.

They told us what was in our ductwork. We have recently had popcorn ceilings removed & much of the dirt in the ducts was from that. She responds to phone calls promptly, is polite, thoughtful and courteous. She met with me and evaluated my needs. I hired her and she called before she came and she happened to come early on her first day. Leida and her assistant were a powerhouse and did an amazing job from the ceiling fans down to the baseboards, cleaning, dusting and vacuuming. She got on well with my 4 dogs and my home smells clean and fresh. It was like I had a cleaning tornado run through my home. I'm sad to lose my independence, but am so happy I found Leida to help me get my home clean and organized. Would I hire her again? Heck yeah!!!!
