Instead I was told to text her, and so I did, and never got a response. Pretty silly that the manager was right there and just wouldn't help, and then I followed the direction to text, and never got a response. I did go in person once previously a few months ago to pick up my online order of cupcakes and they were out of two of the flavors even though I ordered 5 days in advance, so they had to switch out of two cupcakes and it took 15 minutes to get my order ready. Not impressed.

Their case was almost wiped out, the person working let us know the previous day had been slammed and they don't bake on Saturdays (understandable). However, they still had several delicious looking cupcakes to choose from. We grabbed four of the brownie cheesecake and some of the chocolate surprise ones. I had one of each by weekend's end and both were great. The icing on both is phenomenal and the cake was really good, a bit denser on the brownie one but that worked for that cupcake style in particular (though not a "fudgey" dense). Prices were super fair--less than $20 for 6 quality cupcakes from a bakery.
