They went above and beyond and delivered the flowers the same day. Additionally, in very short notice they were able to change the delivery address upon my request. The person I spoke with was delightful. I explained to her what type of flowers I was looking for over the phone and when I got the picture I couldn't be happier with the results. My friend loved the flowers as well. I really like that they send you a copy of the delivery confirmation as well as a picture of the flowers. Great service all around! Next time I need to send flowers near the Hyannis area I know exactly where to call. You should do the same! This place is well deserving of the 5 stars!

They said they were waiting on a floral delivery. The flowers were delivered and although the arrangement looked ok, it was NOTHING like I had asked for. I even showed them a pic AND emailed them what I wanted. I was very disappointed. So I emailed them explaining that I was disappointed and they NEVER even replied!
