I would never refer Mrs. Powerwash to anyone. I scheduled for a Saturday appt. and when they arrived they said we only scheduled for one side of our house to be power-washed. I scheduled for a full power wash, they finally got it straight and they did the whole house. I was very disappointed bc the front and the back of my house looked like it had not been power washed. The job that the company did was good, but after services were performed, we realized our Ring was not working. We contacted the company to try and help remedy the situation and they blew me off like I was an idiot who didn't know what I was talking about. The last video footage we had of the Ring was the employee directly spraying the Ring yet they assume no responsibility and blamed Ring. Robert was rude and dismissive in regards to this and now a $150 service turns into a $350 service due to neglect. read more

Never again. Awful job. Paid to wash the house and the deck and the upper portion of both were never touched. When called, all I received were excuses. Stated they would come out and look at the job and never heard from them again. Terrible company. Do not use. Waste of your money as you will need to get the job done right by the next company you call to finish. read more

We had used this company 3 times in the last 5-6 years. The first 2 times the did a good job. This time they knocked a piece of siding off the house & weren't even going to tell me! I walked around the house to check the results, when I came out front they were in their truck getting ready to leave. When I said something about the siding, Robert said "it's only soft pressure" and maybe air got under the siding, lifting it up. He eventually said he have someone re-hang it when they were in the area. Over the next 3 weeks I left messages on his phone asking when they were going to come back. No response until I said in the last message I would report him to the BBB if he didn't call back. He called back in about an hour & said he'd been in the hospital with COVID. I told him I was sorry to hear that, but I had no way of knowing that since no one had ever called me. He was very belligerent on the phone & said he was going to have someone re- hang the siding as a "courtesy" but since I threatened him, he wasn't going to do it. I made an appointment a month ago. First opening was this Saturday, June 11. No problem. Today I get a call that the person in charge of that truck had a death in the family. I'm so sorry, but the next appointment they could give me (even though I had one coming up in 2 days, was July 2. You've got to be kidding me! is that the way to run a business, put me at the bottom of the totem pole? I asked them to move some around, so I could get service before. July 2 nd. No way. They could have cared less. The guy says that they can't kick someone else out of their appointment, and I'd have to wait another 3 Weeks. Is this how you run a business? I guess for $149.00 for any size job, they can afford to throw one customer under the bus. Not only did I cancel for July 2nd, but I would never, ever use a company like this. They obviously don't care about anything, but the almighty dollar. Shame on them. read more

I reached out because of the great deal that was advertised. Heard back the next day, but I had already moved forward with someone else. Rob called me, didn't say who he was. and called me the wrong name, so I said I'm sorry you have the wrong number and hung up. (I thought it was a telemarketer.) He called back and he told me who he was, and I realized it was Mrs Powerwash. I said oh I already moved forward with someone else. He said very rudely, well that's all you had to let us know! And hung up on me. Bottom line- this company seems sleepy and owner seems rude. I heard they are also not insured. read more

I sent a message on facebook asking if they came to London and was told yes. My husband called and left a message saying he wanted to set up an appointment for our house in London. We get a call back and the woman tells him she has to call us back because she doesn't know if they come to London. Well we never got a call back. read more

Beware!! The wash itself was good. The solution they used damaged some of my plants. I asked the worker if it would and he said no but encouraged me to move a couple of potted plants away from the house. The following day I started to notice leaves turning brown and dropping off. It was obvious what had occurred as only the side closest to the house was affected. I called the owner of the company and he said it was impossible for this to happen. He said the had done 47,000 washes and I was the first one to complain. I asked him to come to my house and look as it was very obvious what had happened. He was very rude and dismissive and said it was unnecessary to come because it was impossible. I'm only hoping that it didn't kill them as my mature dogwood and my beautiful 12 year od Korean Lilac were damaged and I would hate to lose them. They are large plants and are only damaged on the house side.Time will tell if they recover. Besides those 2 also, hydrangea (looks dead), tomato (dead), petunia, spearmint (looks dead), begonia (looks dead), sage and a small shrub (dead) I don't know the name of. read more

They were a total NO SHOW for me. Service was paid for in full prior to the work being done, due to my work schedule. Mrs. Powerwash LLC, could not even get me set up with another appointment in a timely fashion, their comment was... we schedule 3 to 4 days out and cannot tell you when we could get to you again, that is when I asked for a refund. As of writing this no refund has been issued. The refund was supposed to be issued last night with the receipt texted to me, which was not done. In my opinion do not hire this company, they are not true to their word and are not willing to do anything extra to make it right. In my complaint to the phone rep. for Mrs Powerwash LLC, I was not asking for any kind of a discount I was just asking that the service that I paid for, be rendered the next day, which they were unwilling to do. read more

Phone tag to even reach anyone is ridiculous. Suppose to call a half hour ahead, they just showed up. After they left, walking around the house we noticed the windows are an absolute mess, (dirty and water streaks) now we have to either have someone come out and clean our windows or do it ourselves. The wash itself, was ok, still have quite a few spider webs around that I thought they would have removed. read more

The price was very reasonable. The house is fairly clean, but not what I was hoping for. Two sides of the house left looking dirty once it dried. The 2 men were here less than an hour. Had porch cleaned for extra but left some yellowish areas on the porch. I guess you get what you for. read more

Had received a very attractive postcard regarding this business; since it the information sounded 'professional', I booked their services prior to showing my house to sell. I totally agree with Pat M.'s comments...I did move a few items from near the house, like a thriving tomato plant! The two employees did not say two words about how they were doing their work, aka what 'chemicals'...later a very strong stench of BLEACH was obvious. I commented that their 'truck' seemed very small (average) to be a commercial vehicle...know realize that the bleach does 90% of the job! In no way were these two 'employees' ever 'professional' in manner or in the presentation of their task! In a half hour the so-called 'cleaning' was done and they asked for payment...never asking us if we were satisfied or to walk around the house and inspect their completed job. My husband came out a few moments after they left and was furious that I paid them prior to his inspection. Had I left my grill or tomato plant in their 'bleach path' I too would have been more irritated than I am about their shoddy job! Be warned....do NOT hire these 'imitation powerwashers'! read more
