Do not use this company! After I got home the day they came out, I walked around to see how it turned out. I was very disappointed. Only took them half an hour. I don't know how anyone can power wash an entire two story house in that amount a time. I have four camera's, two out front and two out back. The guy was only out back for 5 minutes. They didn't use any soap. When I called in to schedule the appointment I was told by Robert that they use soap. They didn't even move anything away from the house. I had two lawn chairs on the front porch, so obviously the siding behind those was not done. There was bird poop on front porch siding by door. There was spider webs over by our garage door and on the side of the house there was dirt. It was just dirt, I brushed it away with my finger. I called and left message to let them know I was not happy with the results. Robert called me back and said he would go out and take a look. He went out and I looked on my cameras, only thing he would have seen was what was on the front porch. Other than that he was 10-15 ft away, you can't see anything that far away. He knew I would be at work, so he calls me at 10:35am, 10:36am I sent it to voice mail both times. I was at work, not everyone can answer there phones while at work. He left a message and asked me to call him. I was going to call him on my lunch break, does he wait? Oh no, he call again at 11:14 am so I answered because obviously he wasn't going to stop. He tells me all he saw was the bird poop and guy didn't get that because it was too close to the porch light and the intercom speaker. Other than that he said it looked great due to the age of my home. After that he didn't want to listen to what I had to said and if he did all I got was we have gotten best award for the last 7 years, we never get complains, we do the mayors house every year, blah blah blah I don't care about that. Once I had said what I needed to say and was tired of him saying the same thing, I told him I was done with the conversation and bye and hang up the phone. My son needed me out front so I said to hold on, and went to check on him, and in such a mean tone, he said, "I guess I'll just follow you then." Average powerwash of our house, at best. They were here and gone in maybe 25 minutes. The wire for our water meter got blown out of the siding trim and they didn't put it back. A piece of plastic trim at the soffit on the second story portion over the garage got partially blown out. One of the second story vents didn't get completely clean. The house wasn't rinsed that good as there was still some loose dirt on the back. They added a $4 fee for paying with a credit card, but didn't tell me that up front. I had to ask how $149+tax got to $165. I wouldn't recommend them. read more

Let me start by saying, I'm prepared for their possible snippy response comment - they are crooks, and that's what crooks do.. Anyway, I had my home power washed by this company. I asked the technician if my plants/ shrubs/bushes would be okay or if they take steps to ensure they aren't impacted by the chemicals. The technician (who was kind), said they would be fine. About 4-5 days after service all my bushes and plants appeared burned, partially dead, with heavy shedding (one bush is basically bare now). I called this company and spoke to Frank Thomas and Robert. I explained the situation and asked for a partial refund - They both were very unprofessional and shouted at me on the phone telling me their products would never kill any plant. That the chemical could be "pointed directly at a plant and it still wouldn't kill it" Robert stated he created the cleaner himself and that I am the first person to ever complain about this (this is un-true as they have many reviews on yelp/Facebook about the same issue) He told me he would only believe me if the plant "was taken to lab" to prove his chemical did it. This was laughable. He began to chant. "We have over 54,000 washes under our belt.. and we've never got a call like this" -- We run a 99% satisfaction rate and do several thousand jobs a year" They are clearly trained to say this over and over-- I asked him for a partial refund as I understand mistakes happen and he shouted "NO! and I don't care if you file a complaint with the BBB" He offered no type of customer service, no apology, no way to rectify the situation. He ended the call by hanging up one me. This company is awful. I know I may not get any of my money back, but I really want to save other's from this business and I hope they eventually change their ways. Paying customer's don't deserve this type of treatment. I happened to be talking to my cousin about how I desperately needed my house/windows/gutters- powerwashed. I was leery about having any company do it because I had heard nothing but horror stories from neighbors and friends with regards to companies they had used and were so unhappy, not to mention how much they were charged!! My cousin recommended Mrs. Powerwash- he said they did an excellent job on his house, and he is as pickiest person when it comes to customer service and a job well done. He is a "do it yourself" kind of guy if you want the job done right! I spoke with Robert at Mrs. Powerwash, they had me scheduled within the week, and everything he said his crew would do, they lived up to it! My house, gutters and windowsills were beyond filthy. It had been years since I had addressed the outside of my house, years! They were in and out in less than one hour, used their own water source, and cleaners, and what an AMAZING JOB they did! $149 plus tax! Everything is pristine white and clean! There was a strong bleach smell even after they left for days.The guys apologized and said the company would take care of damages. I worked for them for about a month over the Summer. No office. You get dropped off or park at a speedway. Then go to to a storage unite for the chemicals (basically strong bleach and dawn dish soap is only used). If your not white dont bother. They will just complain about you the entire time. But will be glad to take your money. If you try to add tip to cc or a check the workers won't get it. Nothin is branded but flyers they give out. If you complain its because your to picky. Was told it used to be Mr powerwash the old guy bob/robert. To many bad reviews so gave company to daughter an became Mrs Powerwash. No idea what she does.... Bob does the hiring an pays employees. The business address listed is bobs house(97%sure of this by map location). An as the comments accuse i can confirm. He is a very rude an disrespectful hillbilly. ‍. I saw Paul R's review and reached out to him about his experience. After speaking with him and getting quotes of my own my wife and I decided that this was a good deal. The quotes we received were not as high as Paul's. One was $241.88 which is $100 more than Mrs Powerwash. When I called the phone number the answering machine said that they were so busy that I would be looking at 2-3 weeks out on getting the house washed. When I received a call back the guy said they could be out to clean the next Friday. One week, I was surprised! I liked what I saw when I came home and I'm satisfied with the job that was done. Out the door with tax it was $163.00. My only complaint and the reason I didn't give 5 stars was the phone tag I went through to get an appointment setup. I do not recommend this company. I was at work the day they washed my house. I received a call at 10am to say the work was done and wanting payment. I said I would inspect the job after work and then make payment. The person that did the work was professional but said he needed payment. I told him to have his boss call me. I received a call from Bob. Bob was belligerent. See the other reviews relating to the companies customer service. Bob informed me has done 55,000 washes and he was not changing his policy for me. If I didn't pay by 3:30 the money was coming out of the workers pay check and Bob would take me to court for payment. I asked to speak to the owner of the company. Bob said the owner was out of the State for 2 months and so was not available to talk to me. Really? The owner can't make a phone call to a customer because they are out of state? Based on my call with Bob I would rate this company a zero if that was a choice. I went home, did the inspection and called the guy who did the work. I was looking for companies to get my house power washed. I had never had this done before so I took my time researching. I called a company who quoted me their "discounted" price of $535. On 6/17 they called to tell me they don't work holidays (this was Fathers Day) So I was then told next opening was 6/26! I have used their service three different times over the past few years. Every time I have received a quick return call and was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. They arrive on time and are very friendly and accommodating. The difference in appearance after my wash was remarkable! They cleaned my 21 year old deck, which was mildewed and dirty, and made it look like new again. There is a concrete pad that used to hold our hot tub. They cleaned it for free. A couple of my neighbors used a power washing company who had been distributing flyers around our neighborhood. The other business charged over $300 for a full house wash. Horrific experience. I am handicapped after a stroke. They cancelled me several times. Today promised to be here 2pm I told them I have medical appointments and could not do too late. They no showed. Very disappointed. Received an estimate for both deck and stone work. Decided on just stone work after hearing that one employee sort of blasts wood work ( could damage decking) and another doesn't. Was called and told I would receive a call the night before the work was to be started with a time of arrival. Date was set. No one showed up and no call with time was given. I left two very polite messages. NO reply from them. Last night (almost a week later) at 9:43 PM, I received a call from them with no explanation other than they had been trying to call me multiple times. We had a window between 9-11 am one morning last week. They had a cancellation and knocked on our door at 7:20am! Not up yet and before neighborhood noise ordinance at 8am.. did not call ahead , just showed up. They proceeded with the cleaning- our house wasn't too terribly dirty and they did improve its look- they couldn't remove the "bleed" from some of the window frames onto the stucco. The $150 charge is reasonable, but that is cash price... pay by check and $10 more,, by credit card add $14.. something you should disclose but was not. I had Mrs powerwash to do my house, very dissatisfied with the job that was done. The guys showed up on time, they spent the first hour working on their equipment. They had to wait for a 300 gallon tank to fill they used my water hose and went off and left it strung out instead of putting it back like they left it. A total of less than an hour and they informed me that they were done. They were paid by check. My house looks worse than when they started. I called the company and left them a message to call me back. My wife called and left them a message to call me. I eventually called them and talked to a man who was very disrespectful to me and called me a jackass and that I was just looking for something free. I informed him that I had stopped payment on the check and that I had read the bad reviews on this business. He informed me that he had done 50.000 washes and was given awards for the last year. Yet the reviews are totally opposite of what he said. He even discredited the reviews saying that I must have been reading some other company's reviews. I've had both excellent and poor customer service experiences in my lifetime, and I can unequivocally state that my worst experience ever, has been in dealing with MRS POWERWASH, specifically William Krutko, whose behavior was beyond egregious. It was at the advice of a friend that I hired MRS POWERWASH, a decision now that I deeply regret! The flagrant incompetence of this company can not be emphasized enough, but even THIS paled miserably in comparison to the racist, aggressive, argumentative and abject disrespect displayed by William himself. I was astonished at the degree of professional ineptness, and his complete lack of willingness to remedy the shoddy work performed was simply shocking. I would caution anyone considering this company to BEWARE and STEER CLEAR of it! William displayed a level of blatant disrespect and overt racism that left me stunned! He's unethical, untrustworthy and unreliable. He is not a man of his word and the work his company performed was substandard, falling well below even marginal expectations. After getting home from work on the day that the services were rendered, and seeing the horrible job that was done, I immediately contacted the company, left a very detailed voicemail, and forwarded photos documenting my concerns. I received a call from William, the company owner's father. I shared my concerns about the extremely poor job that was done, detailed in the pictures I had sent to him for his review. He immediately started making excuses for the subpar work performed, but stated he would look into it and get back to me. After talking to his crew, he called me back to assert that his men performed their work in a satisfactory manner, which I immediately disputed, challenging one of his claims specifically, and offering video proof of the same....he declined to view the video. Not only had I captured the work via my home's exterior video surveillance system, I had also watched remotely, in real time, his crew's actual behaviors while at my property. As an example of my dissatisfaction, I explained that after swiping a finger across the 'power cleaned' window sash, the finger pad was left caked with dirt. It was CLEAR little to no effort had been made to clean this. Also, when scheduling the appointment, I specifically indicated that the awnings on one of the properties would need special attention. I was assured this would be attended to, however, the awnings looked as if zero effort or attempt to powerwash them had been made. He stated he would PERSONALLY come back out to my two properties within a couple days to address my concerns and go back over the areas I was unhappy with, however, one week later, after receiving ZERO further correspondence on the matter, I respectfully submitted the following refund request: "Good morning Ashley, It has been over a week since I spoke with your father and he assured me he would rectify the situation, however to date, nothing has been done. As such, I will AGAIN respectfully ask for a refund as the results were considerably less than satisfactory and no serious effort to correct the issue has occurred. Please notify me ASAP about the issuance of my refund." William responded to that text with a very angry phone call, which worsened progressively as the call continued and I shared my assessment of the work done. I let him know that there was absolutely no way this poor display of workmanship could be considered even marginally acceptable. At one point he had the audacity to ask if my house was "the one in Bexley, or the little house in hood?" U.N.B.E.L.I.E.V.A.B.L.E. This overtly racist question, combined with his derogatory tone was inflammatory and completely inappropriate. It got worse from there, resulting in my having to harshly admonish him TWICE about his nasty tone, instructing him to lower his voice and refrain from yelling at me, lest I respond in kind. He continued his rant, stating that I was unrealistic in my expectations, because they "....don't perform toothbrush level cleaning......." and went on to FIRMLY state that they "DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!" I told him in no uncertain terms that his behavior was extremely offensive and if he couldn't speak to me in a more respectful tone, then he did NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to continue to talk to me at all. Upon him opening his mouth to yell again, I discontinued the call abruptly, hanging up on him. I will NOT tolerate such disrespect from anyone and certainly not from the likes of a such a rude and obnoxious individual as this! William does not have the right to treat ANY client this way and I'll make sure everyone I know knows NOT to use this company, ever! This is not how business is conducted, this cannot be underscored enough! read more
