When the color didn't turn out how I expected, the owner wrote me a long explanation for why he used a particular stain and the issues with my old stain. I really appreciated the explanation and that his team did a more labor intensive process (sanding all of the cedar siding) than other quotes I received. Several months later, they also went out of their way to get back to me on the stain they used because I want to stain my gates the same color.
