I hired Natalie to transport a $20,000 painting from Las Vegas, NV to Malibu, CA. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and she handled the entire job very efficiently. She left LA at 4:40am, picked up the painting at 9:40am, and then arrived to the location in Malibu at 3:40pm same-day. During the day she texted me status updates, and met everyone with upbeat energy and a smile. She handled the piece with care and arrived on time! Her prices were reasonable, and she completed the job same-day, whereas every fine art mover I contacted was going to charge me a small dowry, take 5+ days, and deliver the painting only to the curb. Also her response time was instant. Absolutely instant other response time so to be three hours or so. Excellent, professional, and able to take a crazy request and make it all work out - if you need to solve a last mile shipping issue, Natalie takes you straight from panic to zen! I had a delayed shipment for a product that is getting tested in a LA store by a major retailer. This product was about to miss its own launch activities due to a delay getting it to California. When we finally got to CA (4.7 miles from its final destination), the freight company didn't have a driver to do the last bit of the delivery. I am located in Oregon and too far away to solve this myself. We had 2 hours left before the delivery appointment. Thanks to Yelp, I found Natalie.
