My thumb had already started chipping almost immediately after the appointment. Because I wasn't satisfied, I returned to ask if my concerns could be fixed. Instead of listening, the nail tech immediately argued that the look I wanted could only be achieved with Gel-X. This was confusing because I've had simple French tip gel manicures done at multiple other salons without any issues. I explained again that my main concerns weren't about the technique. It was the excessive thickness, uneven application, bumps, air bubbles, and lack of symmetry on all 5 fingers on my right hand. She then said she would file the nails thinner, but immediately started aggressively filing one of my pinky nails without paying attention to the shape or symmetry. It became noticeably uneven, and I had to stop her because I could clearly see it wasn't being corrected properly. At that point, she decided to remove the entire set and start over. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I have a medical condition that weakens my skin barrier and cuticles, and the way she used the cuticle e-file was extremely painful. She also removed the gel very carelessly, leaving behind a significant amount of product residue instead of fully cleaning the nails. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt confident in her gel application technique. The polish remained thick, uneven, and lacked the smooth, refined finish I expected from a professional gel manicure. Despite the poor workmanship, the discomfort during the service, and having to return because of the quality, no refund was offered. I ultimately left without getting my nails redone there because I no longer trusted the quality of the work. This experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint, and I will not be returning.

I decline and show them that the peeling is happening on all my nails. The manager then tells me I will have to pay $15 to fix them if I want to do all the nails. I'm not going to fix 4 fingers and the rest of them don't look the same. I shouldn't have to pay again when they should've been right the first time and shouldn't be peeling from Gel X... The manager says nothing and leaves. No apology. I also witnessed her roll her eyes at another client at the front desk. The tech who is clearly irritated is sighing, huffing and puffing. Twice, she is trying to grab my wrist to pull my arm around and I had to pull my hand away and ask her not to touch me like that and I can move my arm myself where she needs me to have it. My nails thankfully were fixed but the manager is rude and does not care. Management needs to improve on hospitality, customer service, and overall communication. This place has lost my business and I will be telling others to stay clear of this place!

Unfortunately I left the shop with all the disappointment after I got gel nails and spa pedicure done. The male manicurist did my get nail but he did not polish enough even he cut the nails uneven. My nails are too sharp to cut myself so it is still very frustrating. Of course I asked him to polish my nails to be more gentle but he showed me some sort of attitude. Now I see bubbles on my one finger as well. It also seemed they do not sanitize their tools enough after/before a customer. I DO NOT recommend. read more

I had an incredible pedicure experience with Holly! She took her time to carefully trim all the cuticles and remove calluses, ensuring my feet looked and felt amazing. Holly's massage was incredibly relaxing, and she cut my nails to perfection. The salon environment is friendly, and it has a fresh, clean scent that makes the visit even more pleasant. The biggest issue is the complete lack of transparency. I was told afterward that it was $70 for Gel-X and $25 for the design. Apparently customers are just supposed to find out the price after the service is already done. If a design costs an additional $25, that is something you communicate before starting, so the customer can decide whether they actually want to pay that much. What makes this even more frustrating is that I would not have chosen this design if I had known it was going to cost an extra $25. That should have been my choice to make BEFORE the service, not something I was informed of when it was time to pay especially when it was french tip with some polka dots that came out crooked. I have gotten the same type of service elsewhere for significantly less and had a much better experience. $95 is an absurd amount to pay for a set when the pricing isn't clearly communicated upfront. I left feeling completely taken advantage of. Customers deserve to know exactly what they're paying for before agreeing to a service. I will absolutely not be returning.
