When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to Yelp and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc). Josh is very professional, knows his stuff, and really cares about his clients. He'll be my go-to plumber from now on!

Do not use these people, complete scam. $100 service fee, $100 install fee, and failure to mention…read more$100 deliver fee, but were very quick to mention to there was also $100 deliver fee when asked for them to not install it and then say they couldn't deliver the washer, that was already there due to them not installing it. Once my mother in law told just the $100 service fee would be paid because she no longer wanted the washer from them they forced to pay with threats to call the police.
