She went on to explain how advanced the treatment of sleep apnea has become and told me I may just be able to wear a mouth piece. I was very skeptical but was pleased that the testing for sleep apnea could be done at home. After being tested and diagnosed with sleep apnea, I was fitted for the mouth piece. For some reason I remained skeptical. I thought it was all smoke-and-mirrors. Needless to say, I got the mouth piece and I have to say, I haven't slept so well in years! I have had it now for about 3 months and the only night I haven't slept is when I forgot to wear it. I have more energy at more work and more quality time with my family. In addition, my wife sleeps much better too because she doesn't have to listen to me snore all night. Thank you for being persistent with my stubbornness Dr. Elliott! Thank you for enriching my life! I was told for years that I needed to get the treatment and was incredibly reluctant because of the time, braces and cost. However, I ultimately decided to pursue treatment. It has been due to the professionalism and service of Dr. Lang and the entire SOMFS team, that I am willing to fly back and forth between New York City and Spokane, WA to receive treatment. Over the last few years, Dr. Lang has been gracious, helpful and considerate when answering my questions (via email, phone and in person consultation) and the SOMFS team was extremely helpful when it came to scheduling the surgery, dealing with insurance (which was a nightmare...but ultimately we prevailed) and treating me with respect and care during and after the surgery. The surgery was successful and the advice and care I received in the months following my surgery has been extremely thorough. Long story short, if you need any sort of oral or maxillofacial surgery, SOMFS is the place to go. The price is right, the care is great and the doctors and staff are top notch.

So I ordered a resupply for the first time and had no idea what I was supposed to order or how. They didn't ask what size mask and just sent about 12 smalls and 1 medium, I wear a large, at least that's what I've been wearing because, as i said, they just sent me the machine in the mail and said figure it out (not literally). So I called them to get right size and they said it should be right out. 10 days later and I call back...where are my masks? Oh it takes 7 to 10 business days for them to respond to an incorrect item exchange so they should be to you by Friday. If not on Monday then call back...cause that worked so well the first 2 times. I would personally call up my insurance company before I met with them to see what is covered and by how much. Do not be in a hurry. They glance over this. They also automatically send you supplies that are outrageous in price. You don't necessarily need them. You're not a bank. Customer service was awful and painful. The last time I called I was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes and I finally hung up. Additionally, they keep sending me the wrong items. I finally had to call my insurance company to get the correct answers and they told me how I got shafted.

He assured me the person coming to my home would be scent free. The nice gentleman who delivered my equipment was punctual, kind, unscented, any taught me the workings of my machine easily. I felt protected by this company that they cared about my health, as well as doing a good job delivering.
