The staff whi answered the phone transferred me to m sales rep. He told me he couldn't help me. I responded that the service provider was endorsed by Jessup and I needed to know when the provider would be at my home to provide the service. He then told me he would check with the service girl and ended the call. Do not, I repeat, do not rely upon Jessup for any post sales help with the extended warranty repair provider. I'd look elsewhere for extended warranty service. Big disappointment.

What I received was not what was advertised. The refrigerator had been altered with an unauthorized part, requiring manipulation of the control panel to make it appear functional. It was not properly repaired, not safe, and ultimately failed, resulting in the loss of refrigerated medication and significant personal hardship. Additionally: He attempted to add verbiage to the second receipt we needed for the warranty company to imply "as is" which was NOT on the original- I have both! The unit delivered was not the unit originally agreed upon The price was changed at delivery Warranty representations were false Payment was required through Venmo, which appears to be used to avoid consumer protections This was not an honest mistake -- it was a pattern of deceptive sales tactics. I am now pursuing formal remedies through Florida consumer protection agencies. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing appliances from this seller to proceed with extreme caution or not at all. I did everything possible to avoid issues -- I confirmed timelines with my salesperson, Drew, to avoid a price increase and followed up with a call. Despite that, my quote increased. After some back and forth, they did honor the original price -- but the problems didn't stop there. Drew failed to place the order, even though I had submitted it and paid in full. That delay caused major availability issues, forcing me to purchase a more expensive microwave just to stay on schedule. When I needed to change one appliance, it took weeks just to get an updated proposal. I shared my install deadline well in advance, because I had out-of-town carpenters coming specifically to install the appliance panels. House of Appliances never got back to me in time, and I missed the window. Now I have to pay extra to get the panels installed later. To make matters worse, the refrigerator drawers and wine refrigerator arrived damaged. I was told they could be repaired -- but I paid full price, and I will not accept repaired appliances. These units are required for my Certificate of Occupancy and panel installation, and I still have no resolution. I even contacted a manager and have yet to receive any help. This kind of service is unacceptable.
