There were a few snags during the process, but both Santiago and Fernando made them right! It was a lot of materials that were ordered so small hiccups like missing parts (very small ones) and damaged items (most likely in transit) are to be expected. They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. A++ I highly recommend this location, looking forward to my next project using them and will absolutely be referring people word of mouth style. One time to check on the inventory and the second time I came with a truck to haul the wood. All staff encountered were pleasant and pretty helpful. In addition, the price at TW perry was $11 less per sheet than a local competitor. It saved me $50 going here. The parking lot is small, but it's not needed to be any larger since the traffic was minimal both times I visited. It's nice that the entrance is off the main road and it's easier to exit, especially with large trucks that frequent there.

You will no doubt get a parking space and likely away from other people. It isn't packed at all. It is in a smaller town of Damascus, which adds to the fact that there is so much parking available. Next, the store is fairly clean. It was relatively well stocked and I was able to walk around and find things quickly. They had COVID precautions everywhere. The guards at the register, everyone with face masks, and stickers for social distancing. My one criticism is that the color wall is rather small here and with the 6 feet social distancing, it was hard to actually see the wall when someone was just chilling on the side checking their phone while waiting for others. Oh well, life isn't perfect. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products compared to the other stores that I have been to. I felt like my questions were answered well. I only had minor questions about drywall and paint adhesion, but the person in front of my had more complex questions regarding paint for a door. It was a Sunday so the staff was alone, but he worked hard to get to everyone quickly - even jogging from the register to the paint mixing station. Really hustled to get to people as quickly as they can. Between Sherwin-Williams and other paint brands, I think it really depends on the color and shading of the product that you want. If the walls are prepped well and the selection of product matches your project, then it will look great. Not all the products are great and the better ones tend to cost more. But, in my case, I was able to finish my product without any issues - well I needed a ladder for the stairwell and that took another trip, but that is another story for another day.

Great selection of paint and supplies and, hold on...superior customer service in advising us on selecting interior paint for our house to ready it for sale. What a difference from wandering around alone in the paint department of a huge box store. Our salesperson was a color specialist who was so helpful in choosing colors from a palate that segued nicely from room to room with the result being a cohesive approach to interior color rather than hit-or-miss. We wouldn't have gotten this expertise from a box store.
