First of all, I had searched for new springs and found that, along with other steel products, they were in short supply at the usual home improvement stores. Rick had the springs that we needed in stock. He worked diligently until the springs were installed, the new opener was installed, and everything was working well. He even programmed my wife's car to open the garage door with the push of a button. He actually tried to get the old opener to work in order to save us the cost of the new one and the installation.
