When I got there, Ellie looked at the car and gave me an estimate right away. Pricing I though their pricing is more than reasonable and transparent. As it turned out, nothing was broken (as Ellie had suspected). They had to remove the bumper and re-attach it to make it straight. They did it for a flat fee of $125 plus tax. That was the estimate, and that's exactly what I paid. Scheduling They had an opening the following week. So, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. When I finally received the primary estimate it wasn't based on repairs, it was as if they just guessed at what was going to need to be done, listing things that weren't damaged, like they didn't really look at it. To make matters worse I see that my vehicle has not moved since it was towed in, even with authorization being given. Not only did it have the original right front damage they believed water got into the engine from sitting for over 3 MONTHS.
