The USAA claims officer met us there, went over the car, and answered all our questions. He let us know that a rental car, through Enterprise, would be available with no money out of pocket. The morning we arrived for the repairs, Enterprise was there to greet us with the car. Olsen's kept us informed of the progress through the website and called us when there was a little delay due to more damage uncovered. We arrived to pick up our car, dropped the Enterprise keys at the front desk, and discovered it was shiny, clean and perfect! Kudos to Olsen's, the insurance claims officer, and Enterprise. This is a great example of three different companies working hand in hand to provide a wonderfully efficient way to help diffuse, what could be, a distressing time. Wonderful!

I am writing to share my experience with No. 1 Automotive during the repair of my VW ID 4 after an…read moreaccident in October 2023. Although I initially chose this location because I believed they cared about their customers and the quality of service, I was deeply disappointed by the level of communication and organization. During the initial estimate process, there was a significant gap between No. 1 Automotive's estimate and that of Farmers Insurance. I had to become involved in ensuring that the two parties communicated with each other. Throughout the following months, I received no updates and had to constantly call, email, and leave messages to get any information. After five months, I stopped by to check on the status of the orders. I was informed that all parts had been delivered except for two, which were expected to arrive soon. However, after giving them another month, I decided to order the parts and work with a different vendor as No. 1 Automotive showed no interest in making progress. When I informed them that I was considering taking my car to another shop, they finally called me to book an appointment. However, when I called on the ninth day after leaving my car with them, the repair advisor did not know the car was there or that the parts had arrived. My car sat untouched for ten days while I paid for a rental. On the fifteenth day, they informed me that they needed additional parts, but did not know when they would arrive. I called VW and arranged for the parts to be delivered the next day. After four weeks, they finally finished a job that should have taken no more than a week or ten days. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy between their estimate and Farmers Insurance's! And I ended up paying $600 out of pocket for the rental car which they directly caused by not touching the car for 10 days!!!! Throughout this entire process, no one followed up with me or offered any apologies for the poor customer service. Except the general manager on site on May 18th! I strongly advise others to avoid this location to save time and money.

The work was completed on time and per the exact estimate despite the fact they ended up having to do a bit more work than they originally expected.
