From the minute I called to make the appointment, they treated me like family. Very kind and patient. Dr. Durfee and Presley were so good with my little guy. They were gentle and took time to get to know me and my dog. They explained everything thoroughly and my little Bentley was really chill the whole time. About a month later brought Bentley for a nail trim. They did an amazing job and filed his nails so smooth. This week Bentley wasn't feeling well. I could tell. He had a cough and tummy troubles. Called the office and they fit us in right away. So friendly and kind, no pressure to purchase anything, made recommendations about current care and what may help once his tummy troubles clear. We have a plan to keep an eye on his heart condition two he can live as long as possible. I would clone him if I could. The entire team at Kulshan is amazing and I keep saying amazing because they are! If you're looking for any vet services, i truly and highly recommend them!!!

The first vet we saw was amazing. The second vet not so much. The third time, the tech was rude and…read moretook my card to run payment before the appt was even halfway over. We were rushed out. During this visit I let the tech know we would be out of town for the holidays when the last set of vaccinations were due and she stated, that's okay there is a 2 week grace period so as long as you get them in before 2 weeks they should be fine. I scheduled a time within the two week period and they told me I would have to start the vaccines all over again. This was a litter vaccine schedule so they would be charging a lot once again to re-vaccinate all of the puppies. If they were not so rude maybe I would think about it, but the staff has not been pleasant so many times. It's so unfortunate because the first appt with Dr. Erickson and his tech was absolutely amazing!!!

Front office is friendly, punctual, and the pricing is very reasonable. My dog had a minor panic attack in the lobby when someone with 8 chihuahuas + 0 leashes showed up. The techs were all over it, quickly guiding us into a private room, calmed the rest of the lobby, sorting/organizing clients into rooms as quickly as possible. Much appreciated. Vets were very therapeutic, kept us all comfortable, and absolute pros when it came to diagnostics and prescribing. In house pharmacy is a bonus! We have found our vets

To HELL with this hack shop !!! I took My Dog in for a…read moreroutine teeth cleaning, and these so-called vets suggested taking one of her back molars out because they said it was cracked. I doubt it. I fell for it because they were supposed to be VETS AND take care of My Dogs. They're not supposed to run up unnecessary charges for things that are not necessary. Not only did My Dogs molar try likely NOT need to come out, they didn't even clean her teeth properly. I had to have them re-clean in less than a year. I also had to have a series of vaccinations done on both of my dogs which cost full price for three years rabies vaccination that I told them I wanted instead they gave me the one-year vaccination. I had to have that redone by my normal good vet in less than a year. I HATE THESE PEOPLE !!! Don't go there !!! I got my dog out of that office and immediately noticed that her teeth cleaned at all paid almost $3000 for unnecessary surgeries teeth cleanings and vaccinations that had to be redone in less than a year. I find myself apologizing constantly to My Dogs for taking them to this hack shop in the first place. I hope you get what you deserve in the end puget sound vet group SHAME ON YOU !!! !!! !!!
