I love my foundation, but was always open to explore other options for me. The first time I ever went to CCF was almost a decade ago for a quinceanera and I thought that was awesome for them to be this diverse. I started to come on Sundays and have gone off and on (between college and moving away for grad school) for years. There's a 9:00 and 11:00 service, but I often attend 9:00. We're out by 10:20ish so I still have my whole Sunday (which is the polar opposite of my upbringing). I've seen the church go through renovations and remember when we had service in the gym. This church has something for everyone and brought out a side of me I didn't know I had. From home study groups to addiction ministry to coffee ministry to quiet rooms to special needs services. Their childrens/teen/young adult ministries are active and this church has a strong generational future. I am even a missionary and attended the trip to the Navajo Nation twice. CCF changed my life forever and I hope to see you at our church after you read this. When I can't make it one Sunday, we have an APP and live stream 11:00 services online. I even pay my tithes and offerings through the app- a big plus for this millennial.

If you want and need the word of God taught to you uncompromisingly, this is the place for you…read more Ignore the fact that FTH is a large church. It's a BIG church because Jesus said, "where I am lifted I will draw." The point being that as long as the Pastor is teaching us the word, pointing us to God and making sure we know the word for ourselves, this is the place to be. There is transparency with everything that is done in this church, and Pastor John Cherry, II has the same integrity that his father had when he was the pastor.

My family use to have bible study at home but after joining SSBC is when we experience growth. Me and my husband couldn't teach our children everything about the bible and God but after joining SSBC we had a host of ministers and church leaders to help our children and our family to learn more about God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. My kids has come back and shared with me what they learned from our youth ministers and they not only learn but they walk in what they learned. Yes they sometimes make mistakes but that is why Jesus paid the price for our sins because we were born in sin and He made provisions for us when He gave his life on the cross for us for our sins. I had a good friend from work that loved me enough to invite me to SSBC, that's how it all began. I've done the research and with the renovations and construction, this church will move from the #4 spot of biggest churches in the county and go to the #3 spot which is where currently evangel Cathedral is but not for long unfortunately but still!!! But the size doesn't really matter it's the thought the love and the happiness at this church and their school aswell!!!
