Being the picky person I am I knew it wouldn't be easy for me to find somewhere to meet my standards. I toured with Goddard Westampton and the Learning experience and I was so disappointed. I can honestly say more than 6 months later I still haven't heard back from either. I didn't think I was going to find anywhere good enough for my son. Then someone recommended I tour Brightest Beginnings. I went into it with no hope however within minutes of talking to Amy I could have left my son there right in that moment and not had much concern. She is amazing and intelligent! I love Amy and her Brightest Beginning staff. They made me feel as if I was leaving my son with family. I don't know what I would have done without them. I cannot put into words what an amazing facility Brightest Beginnings is but hopefully this paints a justifiable picture for others. Brightest Beginnings is the kind of daycare every child deserves. My son has made huge improvements thanks to his phenomenal teacher Michelle. I love Brightest Beginnings! Our daughter is now 2.5 and she has learned her ABCs, colors numbers AND manners (to name a few). She is constantly being challenged to learn and grow into strong, independent child. When we found out we would be having another child, we automatically knew he would be following his sister there. We continue to be happy with our decision and there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing my children thrive in this environment. The children are like family to the teachers and staff. Before leaving, I stopped at the director's office to report what we had seen. I was told there are no cameras covering the outdoor area. What a huge liability! I requested a refund and we will not be returning. This experience was deeply upsetting, and I would strongly urge other parents to carefully consider their options.

When there are multiple ELC's with accredited teachers with post secondary education degrees, why would anyone want to pay a comparable price to this place? The staff and the owner submitted multiple votes for their own business. This certainly was not a result of their business acumen or a result of their client bases opinion. The infant room staff cared for my son as if he was their own. My son developed bonds with his teachers and I knew he was loved and cared for when I dropped him off every morning. Ms. Crystal, Ms. Chelsea, and Ms. Kathy were amazing. I move my son out of Bright Beginnings to go somewhere closer to home, which was a really tough decision.
