The reason why I took my child out the other facility was only due to price. Of course, with childcare one does not want to skimp on money. However, being sent to the poor house for childcare is not an option either. Well, this place takes the case on affordability AND quality childcare. I am so happy I found this place and the staff is so attentive and informative about daily activities. I'm a happy mama :o)

Being the picky person I am I knew it wouldn't be easy for me to find somewhere to meet my standards. I toured with Goddard Westampton and the Learning experience and I was so disappointed. I can honestly say more than 6 months later I still haven't heard back from either. I didn't think I was going to find anywhere good enough for my son. Then someone recommended I tour Brightest Beginnings. I went into it with no hope however within minutes of talking to Amy I could have left my son there right in that moment and not had much concern. She is amazing and intelligent! I love Amy and her Brightest Beginning staff. They made me feel as if I was leaving my son with family. I don't know what I would have done without them. I cannot put into words what an amazing facility Brightest Beginnings is but hopefully this paints a justifiable picture for others. Brightest Beginnings is the kind of daycare every child deserves. My son has made huge improvements thanks to his phenomenal teacher Michelle. I love Brightest Beginnings! I worry about so many things throughout the day but one thing that doesn't cross my mind is if my son is ok. Every parent should be able to feel the same way when they bring their child to daycare.

No, it's a great learning place. I can see the progress my kid is making not even monthly or weekly, but literally on a daily basis. All credit is to Creme, it's programs and it's teachers. If you have a child you are considering sending to a daycare or if you have a child in a daycare that's not Creme and you live close to this location, you really need to visit.

Unfortunately, that feeling changed completely at pickup. When we arrived, we walked to her classroom and noticed the children were outside on the toddler playground, with the door propped open by a foam block. As we approached, we witnessed a teacher forcefully grab another child by the arm. That moment immediately raised serious concerns. We went outside right away to find our daughter. The staff member supervising the group was not her usual teacher. The supervising staff member appeared to be very overwhelmed watching the young children. When I located her among the other children, her face was very red and there was a visible mark on her arm that resembled a handprint. I picked her up and we left immediately. Before leaving, I stopped at the director's office to report what we had seen. I was told there are no cameras covering the outdoor area. What a huge liability! I requested a refund and we will not be returning. This experience was deeply upsetting, and I would strongly urge other parents to carefully consider their options.

My child had a positive experience with his teachers, and I was happy with the change I saw within him only after a few weeks. My issue with Future Scholars is not the teachers or program, but the owner of the center. I once over heard the owner complaining about a client's unpaid bill in the school's kitchen and it really made me rethink the center my child was attending. Outstanding bills should be paid, but the way he spoke about it really made my decision to leave clear. It really is such a shame, I would consider recommending this center; if it were being run by someone with more respect and real profesionalism.

Ken's inexperience shines if any form of an issue arises. Kens inability to retain his clients or "teachers" is a testament to his inability to properly run a business. Not to mention he is a complete loose canon (Not the kind of guy you want your kids around) The staff is beyond inept. His director Katherine Meyers is new and has no clue what shes doing. The staff is basically there to put on a show. They maintain a facade of education while parents are pick up and dropping off. This is where the education begins and ends. When there are multiple ELC's with accredited teachers with post secondary education degrees, why would anyone want to pay a comparable price to this place? Do yourself a favor and don't even consider Future Scholars in Hainesport NJ! Also, dont be fooled by their one of the best 2012 ratings for best of South Jersey. The staff and the owner submitted multiple votes for their own business. This certainly was not a result of their business acumen or a result of their client bases opinion. The problem is, they believe you need them more they need you once your in the door. This could not be further from the truth! Just ask anyone in the Mount Laurel Hainesport area what they think of Future Scholars. Now that Susan (former director) is gone and Ken and Katherine are running the place, they are doing a great job running it into the ground! Stay away
