Every time I go in, which is usually for a gift for my husband or someone else, they are very helpful (and not just recommend the most expensive bottle), but always knowledgeable and I haven't had any complaints yet on the gift giving! Last night I went in and when I was at the counter getting ready to pay, I asked the worker about if the specific alcohol liquor I was buying would work in a drink. The whole time I was talking to her she had her phone on the counter typing a text to someone and she seemed aggravated about my question. In my opinion.... Out of convenience, due to location, I've shopped at this small liquor store since they opened. The people who work there NEVER say "thank you". I may hear "have a good day" but NEVER "thank you". This morning, I looked & looked for a liquor I had never purchased before but needed for a gift. Upon asking the young lady behind the register for assistance, I immediately regretted it because she was obviously annoyed with having to help me. Her rudeness continued as she processed my transaction. I have given the staff there repeated chances to show me the slightest improvement in their customer service since the year they opened, to NO AVAIL! They have a great wine and liquor selection. But the prices are higher than the big box grocery stores. We picked out several bottles of wine and a great bottle of bourbon. This place is open on Sundays from 12pm - 6pm. We stopped here to get a few drinks for the Super Bowl Sunday celebration. They have a huge selection of alcohol, with an a entire wall of vodka and whiskeys. I bought a bottle of Pickers Vodka, which is a locally distsilled and a bottle of Mezcal. Mezcal is a sipping tequila and has a smokey flavor. This location doesn't offer beer, it's a wine and spirits only spot. But their wine selection is vast and in-fact has an entire area dedicated just for wine! The parking lot is super tiny, so try to avoid this place during busy weekend hours. Party on! read more

I was looking for a wine for dinnertime and went to the counter and a young girl was on her cellphone and asked her for a recommendation of a good dinner wine, preferred an international wine from chili or Spain. she took me to the cheap wines and left back to the front counter. she didn't even point out which one she would recommend or let me know if any were too dry or sweet. I didn't want either, just a wine that was even taste. so I decided to pick one out myself since she was busy texting to whoever. so I went up to the counter and she was still busy texting. it was 5:50ish and she looked ill mannered at me and tossed her phone to the side and rang up my wine like she was upset. she wasn't even making eye contact and seemed very upset. I paid for my wine and told her I'll never come back here ever again that it was the upmost worse service I ever dealt with. she didn't even look like she cared what I said and continued to text on her phone walking to the back. avoid this place at all cost !! very rude and disrespectful!!! read more

Their website does not resolve to anything. On 7/19/2025 they said my Husband's check card was declined. It was not. They had him use his credit card. The girl was annoyed to have to work today and the transaction went through on our check card and bank card so we were charged twice. I contacted my credit card company immediately and they want me to contact the merchant. I did contact them and a very rude girl on the phone said it was declined twice. I told her to look again and she wouldn't. I asked for a Manager and she said he wouldn't be there until the evening. My Husband has shopped there for a few years and said that he was there. He saw him and his vehicle so...the girl lied to me. She was busy talking and texting on her cell phone and didn't do her job properly...she made a mistake and wouldn't own up to it. Seems that other posts here also say about the same thing. I asked for the Manager's name and she would only give the first name. DO NOT SHOP THERE! Crooked and hateful. Price gouging!!!! This store is selling Crown Peach for $39.99 and I literally bought the same bottle for $27.99 at a different liquor store. I won't tell you where cause I don't want everyone buying it all up but I will be reporting this store. Buy it if you want to and this is the reason why I don't go to this store. read more

Their selection and their prices are fine. However the staff refused to wear masks even when there was a mandate. I would prefer to support a business that has regard for the health and safety of my family and my community. There is nothing so special about this place that I would overlook that. read more

Have patronized & loved this store since it opened years ago, always was our 1st choice, be it for events and personal pleasure as we celebrate life and wine is a huge aspect.. Be it liquor, beer or other products, their selection has been fabulous in fact so much so we changed years ago from another wine place as this was closer to our home on the water.. Unfortunately that no longer applies as far as "customer service", it has become "way too rough around the edges", will leave it at that other than to say, "the place has changed and dramatically"! Stopped in for some holiday spirits for gifts (well not ALL for gifts) and found they have a place where they will do small tastings of the spirits. I was immediately sold on the "Ballotin Caramel Turtle Whiskey" which I'd never seen anywhere else in Nashville. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall Good Prices and great selection. While we don't live terribly close, I'd visit again for sure if I was in the area. read more

Always a great selection of unique gifts at the store. They have a huge selection on local beers. You can get a growler of beer poured fresh. They always have some type of event going on. The lobster truck was there a few weeks ago, they have had other food and drink events, notice them maybe a few times a year. They have tastings often on Fridays of either wine or liquor. I often stop by here when I am having a hard time buying s gift for someone. They always have something unique to buy that will be a hit at a party or event. The place is clean, and the staff is always friendly. My friends bought a really cute countdown to Christmas beer gift for her husband, it came in A large box and he could open one every day until Christmas he really enjoyed it. read more

Finally a liquor store in my 'hood with a solid selection of wine and spirits! I am so happy to have stumbled upon this place. It was clean, nicely appointed and easy to maneuver. Plus, there are many choices of vino with pricing beginning at the $10 and below range to well over $100 per bottle. I casually strolled through this place for close to half an hour while taking in all the available tasty treats. I was pleasantly surprised to find Poema, one of my favorite cavas, nestled on the shelf next to other bubblies. I was even happier to see the great selection of vodkas and tequilas as well. They had plenty of collectables too. And boy, that sure gets my husband happy because he does love his Jack Daniel's paraphernalia! I guess what pushes this place over the top is that they have a wine tasting each Friday from 4:00p - 8:00p; they have an email list to tell you about specials, AND they have a book for you to write down what you would like to see in their store. I wrote down Grasovka which is a Polish Buffalo Grass vodka that I have yet to find in the U.S. Immediately after seeing me write in the book, the manager came over and we talked about what I was looking for. He took an interest and said he would definitely see what he could do for us. He also told us to like them on Facebook for more info and asked if there was anything else he could assist with while we were there. His interest was genuine, not forced - it was customer service at its finest. NOT SCARY! :) ladies come without fear! there's not much worse than really wanting wine, amarula, or other adult treats and only having a sketch liquor shop near you. the kind you walk in and the carpet is wet from god knows what, there is a permanent feel of mildew in the air, and the greasy dude working behind the counter (that looks eerily like comic book dude from the simpsons) tells you about what there is an aphrodisiac, and then says with pervereted tone, "hope you have fun tonight". gross. --THAT IS NOT THIS PLACE! it's clean and well lit, the dudes that work here come across as well-respectable chaps, and don't pry into your personal bedroom life. clean carpets, febreeze scented air, nice wooden racks and shelving, and good clean chaps here, also the owner was there when we went and he is a stand-up fella. read more

Huge selection of everything! They had every type of Ole Smokey Moonshine, and bottles of Eagle Rare. We can't ever find Buffalo Trace products in Ohio due to limited production, and even in the Lebanon/Mt Juliet area this was the only store that had Eagle Rare. They are usually very nice and helpful, always asking if they can find something for you, or if you dare ask, assist in making recommendations or at least letting you know if they have something or have tried it, etc. Moderate pricing on liquor, standard pricing on wines. I' recently purchased a bottle of elcharro and left the store. I put it in the back seat where I always put it. I hit my brakes going down a hill and it rolled into the floor it didn't break the cork came out and now I have a floor full of tequila. I called and a woman answered, she said there's nothing she can do about it and she wasn't going to eat $20 it still had 25 percent left in the bottle and the seal was broke. i was a regular customer until this moment. They could've just replaced it like any other business,but she wants to be a butt about it and say nothing I can do. read more

Went in on a Saturday night around 7:30. The store itself is pretty big, newly constructed, nice, and pretty well laid out. Wines on one side and liquors on the other. I had a specific item in mind and walked around looking for it for over 5 minutes thinking at some point an employee would come over and ask to assist me since that is what usually happens in "nicer" liquor stores. After looking to no avail, I stepped over towards the counter to wait in line to ask for assistance. Eventually a guy was able to help me and he led me to what I wanted. I was a little disappointed that they only had one selection of Gewürztraminer but he assured me it was a good one. I grabbed it and a random bottle of Riesling, paid for it, and was on my way. Prices are fair. I'm glad this area finally has a wine/liquor store and I'm glad it's a "nice" one as opposed to something sketchy. If customer service had stepped up just a tad and they had a little bit more of a Gewürztraminer selection it would have taken this to a 4, possibly 5 star review. My friends and I had never even heard of this store until we saw an event for a Jackson Morgan tasting on Facebook. Say liquor or any type of alcohol tasting and my friends will jump off the couch! This has turned into our favorite liquor store in the area. We will drive the extra 20 minutes just to go there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They make it a fun place to shop. We probably spent about an hour in there just looking around and not once did the staff make us feel like we had to hurry up and get out of there. They even gave us great suggestions and let us sample things before we bought them. They told us they have wine tastings on Friday nights and spirit tastings on Saturdays! We went again the other night and got to meet the owner! He was a super friendly guy who made us want to give them our business. read more
