It's false advertising and a huge inconvenience, especially when the lines are incredibly long to wait for your prescriptions. Sadly, it's an expectation to wait in long lines for either regular OR self checkout for everything else, but doing the mobile express was a main perk and reason why I kept my meds at Walmart.
