I spent 30 minutes at the store this morning waiting for the manager to get out of the bathroom to do the override only to be told by the manager that he couldn't take the device and I'd have to ship it at a UPS center. I had been a customer of T-Mobile for over 25 years only to see their customer service drop to incompetent and horrible. I'm now with Google Fi and love them. I recommend everyone leave T-Mobile because almost every other carrier has better people working for them.

Employee stated there were no remotes and no way to turn the sound on unless it was part of a "display". Ended up finding a tv in a box and waking to the check stand with it. No checkers at the front. It's a Samsung TV and we've had great experiences in the past so hoping due to lack of help we don't have an issues once we get home. Looked at dryers as well since we need to upgrade/replace but I don't think I'd come back to give them my business.
