This pharmacy is not geared to care for its customers! I stopped today at 1:03 PM and the pharmacy was dark (on a Friday)! A tech was walking out from the access door. She said that this pharmacy closes for lunch from 1 - 1:30 daily! Are you kidding me! Why do they list their hours on the website as being from 9 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday? Could it be that Smith's Corporate is unaware of this closing time, supposedly for lunch? read more

Always helpful, well stocked and clean. Having a gas station is a plus, with the best prices in town. Would highly recommend!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I don't know if they're having staffing issues or what but they obviously cannot run their pharmacy efficiently and should close this pharmacy location if that's the case. The line is always long and the last time I went (2 weeks ago) the drop off window was closed because they didn't have enough people working. Not to mention the refill I called in 2 days before was not filled and they told me it was going to be another 30 minutes to get it filled after waiting in the long line 30 minutes. I try calling before to check the status to see if my prescriptions are ready since I don't live just down the street and nobody ever answers the phone. I live in a rural area and have given up on this location. I will now be driving 30 minutes one way to a different location and better ran pharmacy because I'm tired of dealing with their poorly ran pharmacy. read more

Good shape here. This one has fuel pumps, which is always a good thing...as long as they're working. Lot entry is weird here, though. Didn't dig that too much. If this was in a larger town, this would probably result in a deduction. Here, it was just a nuisance. Didn't go in, so can't assess the rest of the store, but the pumps were very handy, so let's call this a 3-for-now with a potential revision coming as need be. read more

The store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the natural/organic section isn't that great. Minimal options. Some other Smiths locations offer a bigger range of natural/ organic. read more

I love the sales they have going on when it comes to "pantry" items. What I am not a fan of is their costumer service every time I go to check out I am never paid much attention and a few employees wont even talk to me more then telling me my total. read more

Smith's is just OK. The sales are good but otherwise, kind of expensive. The parking lot is small and hard to maneuver. The store is clean and well lit. Good bakery and deli. The butcher shop guys are nice and will cut your meat a different way if you ask. It is usually kind of crowded and seems to have their fair share of unsavory people shopping. I go here for items they have on sale, but otherwise I stay away. read more
