Most the ones they have are good and are nice, but management/owners load them down with to many patients, and they cannot be in two rooms at the same time. Mom had to continually hit here call button to try to get attention for someone to eventually come. The second reason is food. I would be there at some of moms meals, and she would taste and, start crying. I would say mom what is wrong? She said the food is horrible. Wanting to prove her wrong I said here, let me try it. I tried it and SHE WAS right, most the times just complete tasteless cheap slop. Mom continue to loose weigh here as she would taste a meal and then let it go back to the kitchen. We brought her some meals just so we would know she was eating, but were not able to be there for every meal. How are patients supposed to get strong and recover to go home when they do not eat healthy good TASTING food? The third thing is the rooms are small, and the place is in need of a remodel.

Not to mention they lost my mother-in-law's wheelchair and I had to search the entire facility for it then take a wild guess at which leg rests belong to her because they had the entire chair packed full of others belongings the only saving grace of this facility is the staff is nice. There's obvious evidence they just painted over black mold I scratched some of it with my thumbnail and yeah it's black mold. Do not take your family members here

And the girls on the wing i was on always went out of there way for anything ii asked for. i don't remember all there names one was Stacy and the one i delt with the most was Michelle but, they were all very kind to me. Now, the facility is extremely shortstaffed, and the patients are suffering! He has taken away the patients peanut butter, hot cocoa, cheese, sticks,, sandwiches, ice cream, and phones. The turnover rate is incredibly high because of the poor management and lack of care for the patients..

I would not recommend them to anyone…read more I am on hospice and was in tremendous belly pain one morning and I made the comment that I would rather die than be in pain like that. Well they took that and ran with it and had me sent to the hospital for a 72 hour suicide watch. I told them I was not suicidal it was just a manner of speech. So they said they would pack all my things and send them to the hospital with me. Well they didn't they missed a whole closet with some of my brand new clothes and coats and I'm having a hard time getting them back now. I'm not the one that left willingly and they are responsible for my things so I've been trying to reach them so that I will have a quote this winter. Some of the nurses were very nasty. The facility no longer has this nurse working with me, I have another nurse who works with me at all times. The aides have improved on call times and the facility has successfully kept Covid out. I would have left here if it were not for some people who stood out from the rest, Nurse Helen, Nurse Genna, Desi the med aide and CNA's Welly and Shiree. There are many others who are appreciated and make this place livable but it would fill up this posting. I will remain here until I can correct some issues with my health and can move to assisted living, but for now I am satisfied with the changes they have made and would reccomend it, it far surpasses the two facilities my parents were in.
