Throughout the entire process, our expectations were consistently exceeded. Working with their designer, Kelsey, was so easy -- she was able to quickly & precisely modify drawings, provide additional details, and work with other trades (e.g. plumber & electrician that needed exact measurements). The installation team, Aaron & Mike, were top-notch: they showed up on time, were great guys to be with, and best of all are really master woodworkers. The painting team, led by John, were amazing with the quality of caulking and painting being second to none (to my surprise the cabinets were installed as bare wood, and then caulked, finished and painted in place; however, the taping, masking, screening, etc. for over-spray were excellent with zero problems). And at the end of each day, Peter would send an email with photos of the work-in-process, outlining the day's accomplishments and work schedule for the next day. Really remarkable customer service and attention to detail. We looked at many alternatives for kitchen cabinets -- from do it yourself to completely outsourced. The custom nature of these orders means there is a wait time, but we were in no rush and were very happy with the products we got. I will highlight that we specifically asked about low VOC finishes and were assured that's what they use. When our bed arrived, it had no smell. Our dresser does have a very strong smell and it does transfer onto clothes still, even though we aired out of room for a day after it arrived, wiped it down, and it's been 4 weeks now. White glove delivery was also included and both times (it was two separate orders, months apart) the delivery people were professional and were careful about placing items where we wanted, and not damaging anything while entering our home / navigating stairs and tight corners.

We recently had our bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen renovated by Development Contracting with…read moresubcontractors who worked with them. The experience was all positive, and the work was second to none. We initially had a leak in the water heater which caused water damage in the bathroom located on the ground floor entrance. Joe and Serge came to the house and wrote up a proposal for the insurance company which was approved almost immediately. They replaced and painted the drywall, installed flooring in the bathroom and replaced the toilet. The job they did was so good that we decided to have them do the upstairs bathrooms, and the laundry room in the hallway with new flooring and toilets. The kitchen was the next project which we had them do with new quartz countertops. They sent 360 countertops to measure everything and fabricate the materials we had bought previously. The work was done in three days. The floors were done after that, and everything exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough to express how happy we are with the finished product. I would highly recommend these guys for any home improvement projects, and I will reach out to them in the future for any additional work we need.
