I received a quote from Supreme Sealcoating for my driveway that specifically called for a brushed…read moreapplication. Instead, the driveway was spray-applied without my authorization. I discovered this after returning home once the work had already been completed. The workmanship was extremely poor. The driveway was not properly prepared before application, and the crew sealcoated directly over rocks, leaves, and other debris. There was also noticeable overspray on surrounding areas and around my drains, showing very little attention to detail or care for the property. In addition, a tire mark was left in the finished sealcoat. After discovering these issues, I contacted the company multiple times and provided more than 7 business days to resolve the matter. I also supplied video and photo documentation of the problems. Unfortunately, my requests were ignored entirely. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue the matter through small claims court. One additional concern: the crew that performed the work arrived in an unmarked truck, leaving me uncertain whether the work was completed directly by Supreme Sealcoating or subcontracted to another party.

Directly after install I was left with Incorrectly sized steps. Some steps are wider and more…read morenarrow than one another. The stain that was used for the steps is extremely darker than the rest of the walkway. I have dark grey steps and light grey walkway. Trowel tool marks left all over walkway. Concrete stones extremely visible On each step. 9 steps total. Owners way of fixing it was to add more sealer which just made it more darker. Three years after and I am now left with concrete pitting. For me it was an absolute waste of money.
