If I could leave 0 stars I would. He redid my entire front patio and extended my driveway from a 2…read morecar wide driveway to a 3 car wide driveway. When he extended the driveway we told him there was a Hasta plant that would need to be dug up because it had been there for 50 plus years. He paved right over top of it and it now grows through my driveway every summer. Also when he redid my patio and layed the concrete slab did not put any cracks in it so there is a huge crack in it. He also redid my walkway and rockwall, that is messed up and already falling apart. It gets worse everyday, just a matter of time before the whole thing colapses. We see reached out to him multiple times and he always sets up a time and date and then there is always an excuse, his truck is in the shop, he got sick, or something came up. It has been over 3 years now and still patiently waiting for him to make it right. He had no problem taking my money but will not make his mess up right.

I knew better but a young man who is trust worthy saw the drum of material and believed them too. The truck said "All Pro Paving," as did the receipt. One of the two men wrote his name, John, and phone number. I've called twice and got an answering machine stating I reached Five Star Construction and on which I left two messages. No response. The promise they made was to fill in the ruts as well as seal the driveway. Not done and driveway looks as bad as it did before they received $300 cash and $125 check...my pathetic savings account is now empty. UPDATE : A man named Dave wrote stating he owns Allpro, he nwver met me and asked that I remove my bad review. If someone else had falsely represented himself as a representative of Allpro, I suggest the real company file a police report.

John starts out great, makes you feel like you made the right choice and that's where it ends. He starts the job and then you spend weeks chasing after him trying to get the job finished. He refuses to answer your calls and when you are lucky to get him he hangs up on you! He must be doing something shady because he writes estimates under Flawless Industries but wants check made out to Tru Green Energy. If this helps one person not have to go through the drama of dealing with this man then taking the time to write this review will be time well spent!!

Several years ago we needed to replace some glass panels in our then 20+ year old Four Season's brand sunroom. We purchased the glass from the local franchise and Jason was contracted by them to do the install. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. When he was done with installing 10 glass panels, you'd never know he was here. Cleaned up, and away he went. Couldn't be happier with his work. Fast forward about seven years to May 2018, we started having issues with our sunroom again. We had the franchise guy out to take a look to see what needed to be done. Turns out all the sunroom hardware and structure was fine, it seemed the 34+ year old deck support structure below the sunroom might be the issue. I called Jason to come check it out. (I was so happy with his work before and smart enough to get his business card. Jason came, and again was very polite, courteous, and focused on resolving our issue. Happy to say, he did a fantastic job once again. I will surely be using him for all my handyman services moving forward, as I've become unable to do a lot of this type stuff for myself anymore due to a injury and now disability.
