My procedure was completely painless, bloodless, and I had no swelling during recovery. I truly cannot say enough about this stellar office. came in on a referral and had a tooth yanked out of my head and that's pretty much the short of…read moreit... the long goes something like thusly-wise: I try to be a good customer / client / patient so I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment because the online check-in thing booted me out before I was done filling in blanks and figured I'd have to fill them in manually with a sanitized pen - which I did! waiting room was appropriately empty, clean, comfortable, and compliant with plague protocol. was called in shortly to sign off on the procedure and billing and that sort of thing and then off to the treatment room: local anesthetic, jaw locker-opener, tooth extractor, pull, push, pull again and out comes the offending party intact!! I applauded the doctor's efforts (really, I did) got cleaned up, got a goody bag with wound care instructions and a scrip, did the money-for-services exchange and went home to sleep this one off... got a call from Dr F in the evening to see how I was holding up. nice :-) especially thoughtful was his apology for disturbing my rest... who does that any more? the calling or concern? that's real class... and I was doing fine, hardly no pain at all for having a tooth extracted six hours earlier. now it's tomorrow and my face still doesn't hurt :-)

That my Insurance will have to reimburse me. Told me my surgery fees could easily change without notice they are not sure. If I didn't sign the agreement they wouldn't schedule my surgery. Horrible I never been to a surgery center like this before.

I called his office and got an appointment within 2 days. the office staff were wonderful. The assistant did an around the head x-ray and Dr Cook reviewed it with me. I was so thankful that there was no cyst. The doctor advised me it was just a swollen lymph node that showed go away by itself but if it doesn't I should see an ENT. I would highly recommend Dr Cook.

I'm a little over a week post op and I'd recommend them to anyone. If you're like me, and constantly procrastinating about getting them removed because of fear and worry about long down time, this is your sign to do it! Procedure was fast, medication prescription was ready for pick up almost immediately, I was back to eating my favorite foods within 3-4 days, and most importantly back to work in 3 days. P.S. This office was wonderful and from her initial consultation to her follow up Dr. Jamison's office was wonderful. The staff was all very nice and helped to calm both a nervous 7 year old and an anxious dad and while I don't remember everyone's names I do want to give thanks to Cindy. She was extremely nice and really helped my little one feel comfortable. The day of surgery went well and Dr. Jamsion even called that evening to check on her healing. Very nice and even though they're not currently in my insurance network I would absolutely consider them again.
