Iced Maple Latte
Jamie L.

Looking for a latte and saw on Yelp that Muddy Waters was highly rated. The inside is absolutely beautiful. Loved the wood decor and plants and...creatures? lol Whatever they are, it made it feel unique. There was no line and service was pretty quick. I tried the maple latte (when in Vermont, how can you not try everything Maple?). I'm glad I got the small, the espresso was pretty good, but not sure if it would be my regular choice. I would love to try other flavors or their coffee. Overall, would come back to try more.

One of the best coffee shops in the country ! Juices and food are also a plus. But best part is their highly curated music. Never have I heard such amazing music on a radio station, or coffee shop or a live concert. Just didn't want to leave.

Cool vibes at this place, great place to hang out. my Expresso Con Panna quite good. Kind of New Age music, it fits the place.

Such a cute little spot. Didn't even know it was a cafe because of the really cool monster art figures they have throughout the store. My toddler loved the monsters. Ordered a carrot, apple, ginger juice. It was ok. Very strong ginger flavor and I just wish it was colder. Toddler chugged it though, as he never gets juice. Also got the parfait , which was delicious (granola was very good and tasted home made). Would love to try some of their other menu options

Good coffee and great environment! I love that there's little notes hidden in the walls.

They also have some wonderful merchandise at the store like B&J ice cream scoops, bamboo spoons, t-shirts, water bottles, hats and frisbees. At the counter they have soooo many flavors. They have the cups and cones. They also sell pints as well. There's also sundae and shakes. They got non dairy products as well. There's also a whole of toppings including sprinkles, gummy bears, m&m, oreos and walnuts. We got the chocolate flavor for kids cup. It came with two scoops. The price was comparable to any other B&J store I have been to. Ice cream was so delicious. It was milky and didn't have the frozen texture. The associates were inattentive, but they did their job.

Very cute and got lots people's attention. Standard flavors from B&J. Very creamy and flavorful. It doesn't melt that fast which says good quality. Some tables and seats inside. People stay for the ice cream then leave or just take out. It's constantly busy inside.

It was delicious lots of flavor's colliding together to make it wonderful. Our service was excellent. They make a very good old fashioned. I was lured here because someone said it was better than Bistro de Margo; it was not. Service was good from the server and poor from the bus boys and kitchen. The kitchen failed in many ways. Could I give it fractional scorse it would be 2.6. The server was good and had a phenomenal memory to take all our orders with no notes. Wow! The three appetizers were delivered out of order. One came. Fast forward 20 minutes; the remaining two came out. The appetizer dishes were never cleared. They hung around until we decided not to have desert! The appetizers were underwhelming; how can you screw up a Caesar salad? The main courses disappointed in many ways. The dishes were serverd luke warm. Mussels were dehydrated on top of the heap and obvioulsy sat under a heat map. The steaks were cooked well but accompaniments were cold, cool, or barely warm; take your pick none were appetizing. The plates were stone cold which didn't help. Finally after dinner was served and eaten and plates cleared for deserts we did not order the remaining plates and debis were cleared from the table. Not good. Not professional. Not worth the money. The wines were good. The beer was good. Dinner came to $275 plus another $60 tip. It wasn't worth it. There is clealry issues in the kitchen and staff. They were simply not into it. I would not come back. If you want a French dinner look elsewhere or just don't try that in Burlington.
