Professional ethics are questionable and the business practices are more self serving than in the best interest of the clients. As of April 2018 the previous Property Manager has yet to return the items related to the property. The locks have been changed and new security measures enacted several months ago as well as she was notified in writing that any attempt to return to the property will be considered trespassing. The Property is now being managed effectively and efficiently by a more reputable stakeholder group.
