I probably don't go as…read moreoften as I should, maybe once a year, but the nice thing about Dr. Lisa is that she remembers you regardless of how often you visit. I chose her to be my dentist after going without dental insurance for 5 years in college. She was one of the closest Dentists to my former home in Hilliard just off of Hilliard-Rome Rd. Dr. Lisa operates a small office and to my knowledge doesn't see a lot of patients so I've never had a problem getting an appointment or been stuck in the waiting room for an extended period of time. She is friendly and does a great job. Expect great personal attention from her. My wife has started seeing her as well and Dr. Lisa didn't mind that she brought our 3 month old daughter along and left her in her carseat in the floor while she was getting her teeth cleaned. This was very convenient for us and worked out well since I can't take time off during the day to babysit and we had no where else to take our daughter for the day. I'm not sure what services Dr. Lisa offers but so far I've used her for my teeth cleaning and had her make a cast of my teeth so she could make custom trays to whiten my teeth. I highly recommend her if you're in the market for a new dentist.

In my hindsight, they ran the estimate for treatment with a 2020 date so it came back that our benefits for the 2020 year were depleted so our out of pocket was higher. The surgery was not scheduled until 2021 though, so they ended up collecting almost double the amount from us that they needed to. The insurance company paid them on 1/18/21 and I have been trying to get a final bill out of them since. I have reached out to them three times now. Rebecca states that she is "far behind" because she keeps getting pulled to the front. She has not processed payments that are now over a month old and can give me no idea when she can do so. Conveniently for them delay is in their favor as they are holding several hundred dollars of our money hostage. I have a feeling if we owed them money, they would be in a bigger hurry to send the bill. It is unfortunate that in a time that so many households are struggling due to Covid, that this office can't put some effort into getting their act together. Beware.

Mind you, I brush and floss like a madman in hopes I'll never get a cavity that would require a dental visit. Anyway, after hitting my self-imposed two year schedule for a dental visit I asked several of my coworkers for a recommendation for a dentist in Upper Arlington. Dr. Toth was recommended by two different people, so off I went. My appointment was scheduled quickly and I waited maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room (long enough for me to fill out paperwork). My check up and cleaning went without a hitch. And.... no cavities!!! Also, I appreciated that Dr. Toth did not try to sell me on any cosmetic dental stuff or push extra services that I didn't need. But the biggest reason that I will always recommend Dr. Toth to anyone that will listen is the way he treated my son... My little boy is 3 years old and was scheduled for his first checkup and cleaning a week after my own. We brought him with me on my appointment so he could watch my check up and cleaning. Dr. Toth explained everything he was doing and showed him all the equipment. A week later, when we came back, Dr. Toth's staff was excellent with him and our visit went smoothly. Thank you Dr. Toth. Upon arrival, the front office staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome (I was a bit nervous!). Dr. Brady Burton took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions and made sure I understood what to expect through the process. The implant placement itself was so quick and painless! Now months later, my implant has healed beautifully and my smile is back to 100%.
