The appointment person however was a non-customer service oriented person and added unnecessary hoops to making my appointment even though I was an existing patient so I knocked off a star for her. They also perform their procedures at Hemet Global which is one of the two worst hospitals in the area. With so many orthopedic services in the area I can't recommend this one.

I've seen Dr. Gande at the Menifee office for over a year for my knee. I've gone through several cortisone injections and finally Gel Injections. When asked Dr. Gande how long before I feel relief he said it should work right away I had three injections and it took over a month to feel some relief. I have already excperience TKR Total Knee Replacement 3 1/2 years ago and miss my ortho tremendously. Dr. Gande's favorite answer to all my questions was (We don't do that anymore) It all came down to I now need knee replacement. I went out of my way to do the talking and the walking to provide them with all the necessary documents such as, My PCP clearance for surgery and EKG, I gave it to the office manager and they lost the paperwork it was never scanned into my file. The doctor's nurse called me and told me he had called my PCP and was told they had not seen me, my doctor has no recort of them calling. I brought a copy of my paperwork to my Pre-Op appt. I had my chest x-ray and labs done and they don't seem to have anything other than the labs. 4 days before my scheduled surgery I got a call from the scheduler stating they had to change the surgery from the Menifee Hospital to the Hemet Hospital due to short staff, or change it to a later date, but cannot guarantee if there will be staffed.. To make a long story short. I contacted my insurance and was informed that they NEVER REQUESTED AUTHORIZATION for my total knee replacement surgery. I called Seven Star Orthopedics the next day and spoke to the scheduler and CANCELLED the surgery. THIS IS VERY SCARY. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

When the woman called me to remind me of the Appt I could HERE her chewing her food while talking to me (DISGUSTING AND RUDE). she mistakenly calls me a new patient I told her I wasn't. Dr. Ponce prescribed a nurse three times a week and a ten-day regimen of antibiotic shots for my open leg wound. So far, I haven't seen a nurse since last Thursday, and today, we are again getting gaffed off by the staff. Of course, I have NEVER received a single antibiotic injection. I have been attempting to re-dress the wound myself, but I am not a nurse.

Rhaul Abraham is the most incompetent, lazy, unreachable doctor I have ever had the displeasure of…read moremeeting. He cannot put on a simple short leg cast. My first cast was full of dents and pressure points but he said "its fine". My second cast he put on while my leg was still swollen from his first cast so now its too large and it slips. He said "fit one finger" but if my leg isn't swollen I can fit my whole hand. If you get referred to him ask for a new doctor immediately!  He gives no after care instructions other than "dont get it wet". He will not investigate the symptoms he causes, he'll just say "we'll see if it clears up". When it doesn't clear up you will never hear from him no matter how many messages you leave for his medical assistant, because you can only talk to the MA at this hell hole. He won't even call for scheduled teladoc appointments, I had to call multiple times only for him to tell me he doesn't know anything like why my leg burns, the bottom of my foot tingles and goes numb, or why I have consistentcalf paint after his abomination of a cast was put on my leg. My new othro was surprised to hear he lete leave the office with that dent clearly putting pressure on my broken ankle. Ive been in consistent pain for 3 weeks but I've decided I'm not going to ruin my leg more because of this incompetent man. He doesn't care about his patients and should not he practicing medicine in any capacity.

I was told the doctor had already left and that my medication would be sent the next day, but the way this was communicated felt extremely inconsiderate--especially given the pain I'm in and the effort it took to get there in person. Patients dealing with chronic pain deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy, and unfortunately, that was not my experience in this interaction. That said, I do want to recognize Sarah, who overheard the situation and stepped in to help de-escalate. She was professional, understanding, and took the time to assist me in a way that made a real difference. Her compassion did not go unnoticed. I hope the office takes feedback like this seriously and works on improving communication and patient care moving forward.

A few visits ago, my phone number was somehow changed to a number I haven't had in years. The strange part is that all of my pre‑op calls came through without any issue, yet this incorrect number caused me to miss a schedule change because I was never notified. The office updated my information, but here we are again. I have an appointment tomorrow, 5/11 at 7:30 AM, and I've received no confirmation call, no text, and the portal won't even recognize my account. There's a message telling me to check the portal, but the portal says I don't exist. At this point, they really need to return to having an actual staff member make confirmation calls. Someone who lets the phone ring more than five times and actually leaves a message. I don't want to drive over an hour for a 7:30 AM appointment only to find out it was changed or cancelled without anyone notifying me. The care from Dr. Patton is excellent, but the communication system is unreliable and needs serious attention.

She saw me at Hemet Valley medical Center and Emergency room and she operated on me put 15 staples three pins and a plate in my foot and she did a fantastic job there's no scar is two months out of surgery She knows everything you need to know about anything that has to do with the foot ankle or the toes. And if you have any questions about anything about your surgery or what you should be doing if you have to wear a boot she's fantastic and so are her the girls at the front office
