It was unbelievable and i've never seen anything like it. I was so caught off guard that I was almost speechless. In hindsight, I probably should have decked him. I can't imagine any of his positive reviews are real, but I believe every single one of the negative ones because they describe the exact person that we met that day. He is rude, pompous. He lacks communication skills. I believe he has a caesar complex, better known as short man complex, he is goofy looking, and only wants to push his injections. The staff made me feel at home and were genuinely concerned about my well being and cared to get to know me. I started physical therapy after being in a car accident. As a result, I ended up with a herniated disc. I was in a lot of pain. I never thought I would be able to recover. I had a lot of questions and Dr. Ramil was able to answer and explain thoroughly. The business model for PTs have evolved over the years. Today, you get 25 mins of 1X1 time with your individual therapist, in my case Emily who is fantastic. While you share an Aide for the remainder of your visit and who will Ice you down afterwards. I've met nothing but friendly nice talented folk here over my first four weeks of rehab for my new hip.
