The appointment person however was a non-customer service oriented person and added unnecessary hoops to making my appointment even though I was an existing patient so I knocked off a star for her. They also perform their procedures at Hemet Global which is one of the two worst hospitals in the area. With so many orthopedic services in the area I can't recommend this one.

I had a referral to see orthopedic Dr. It was a total waste of my time and day. I made a appointment back in Sept 25' didn't get to the appointment till Oct 30,2025 cause they are "so busy" but when I go all I see is staff talking lollygagging not paying attention ignoring patients , being unprofessional. I had a 930am appointment I showed up at 850am. I was sat in a room at 9am and ignored and just disregarded. I sat in the room till 1005 am. I could hear multiple people walking around and "Dr." Going room to room but not mine and this is supposed to be a specialist. Ha in what ? Needless to say I walked out after just sitting there and wasting time by waiting. If they don't respect my time I'm not gonna waste more of my own time when I could have been doing something more productive. The girl handed me the Reminder Card with no location checked off for a Date 2 months away and I think , okay they are short on Dr.'s (they keep quitting) no issue. I get to my Appt AT THE HEMET OFFICE and the Lady tells me "Your Appointment is in menifee" NO I made it for Hemet. When the woman called me to remind me of the Appt I could HERE her chewing her food while talking to me (DISGUSTING AND RUDE). she mistakenly calls me a new patient I told her I wasn't. Not once did she mention Menifee. If she had I would have cancelled the Appt. you couldn't pay me to go back to that place. 2 months I waited. So far, I haven't seen a nurse since last Thursday, and today, we are again getting gaffed off by the staff. Of course, I have NEVER received a single antibiotic injection. I had a very frustrating experience with this pain management office. After driving all the way in…read moredue to being hung up on twice over the phone, I was met with dismissive and rude behavior from the front desk staff member, Kendall. I was told the doctor had already left and that my medication would be sent the next day, but the way this was communicated felt extremely inconsiderate--especially given the pain I'm in and the effort it took to get there in person. Patients dealing with chronic pain deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy, and unfortunately, that was not my experience in this interaction. That said, I do want to recognize Sarah, who overheard the situation and stepped in to help de-escalate. She was professional, understanding, and took the time to assist me in a way that made a real difference. Her compassion did not go unnoticed. I hope the office takes feedback like this seriously and works on improving communication and patient care moving forward.

She saw me at Hemet Valley medical Center and Emergency room and she operated on me put 15 staples three pins and a plate in my foot and she did a fantastic job there's no scar is two months out of surgery She knows everything you need to know about anything that has to do with the foot ankle or the toes.
