Recently used Mueller's Tires & Auto Center for an alignment for my son's Scion. This is a family owned and ran business and they are pleasant to work with. They are honest and thorough as they needed to check the auto to be sure they could do the work before scheduling an appointment and did this at no charge. We dropped off one night to assess then picked up the next day and scheduled the appointment to get the work complete. The process was easy and carefree. The facility is clean and nicely decorated for Halloween and they also have craft items and treats for sale at the front desk as well. read more

I helped my friend replace 2 tires. Mueller's was able to order the tires and get us in the next day and he had the tires replaced before noon. The person on the phone was very good. It was the best deal by far that we found on such short notice and was half the cost of Sam's. My friend was impressed and sent me this exact message: "You should post a compliment to their business all of the people. The Man who sold you the tires the woman who greeted me at the place and the two mechanics who worked on putting the tires on or all really nice people and they offered such a good deal." read more

I've been going here for years because I've always received good service at a very reasonable price. Today, however, was disappointing. After waiting about an hour for a patch job on a small leak in one of my tires, I noticed just after leaving the tire sensor on that patched tire wasn't working properly (it was testing 1 psi). After driving a bit hoping it would reset, I go back so they can find the issue. First employee tells me they can check the sensor but "it's not free." Another employee checks it out (for free) and informs me the sensor isn't working. After explaining it worked before they serviced my tire he says they can replace the sensor but will have to charge full price. I understand things happen but coming in for a simple patch job shouldn't result in leaving with a bigger, more expensive problem. Stand by your service. read more

I've had three awful experiences at Mueller's. 1) I needed to buy some used tires for my car. I called and received a quote. Unknowingly, my husband also called while he was at work. Same tires, two different prices. My quote was $20 higher than his. 2) I had a flat tire and it was the closest tire place at the time. They couldn't fix the tire so I asked them to put my spate on. While getting it out of the trunk, the guy, instead of unscrewing the part the hold the spare in place, he literally just ripped it out of my trunk and damaged to part that hold the spare. He just shrugged it off. Then I drive home and my tire was extremely flat... He never checked the air in the spare. So then I was stuck at home until someone could come, get the tire and take it to get filled up. What an idiot. I vowed I was never going back. 3) my husband took my car to Muellers to have leaky tire fixed. They said they couldn't fix it. While putting the tire back on, they over torked the lug nuts. When my husband got home he took the tire off to fix it himself and 3 of the bolts that mount the tire broke off. So now, I have that I can't drive and my husband has a project of fixing the bolts. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO MUELLER'S TIRE. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

Proceed with caution: I've used Mueller's as my go-to for switching my vehicle's tires out for the winter and spring/summer seasons for roughly 3-4 years. The cost for this service has consistently averaged $89. I was even quoted that price within the last month. Therefore, I was surprised after my most recent tire service to be told the price was $115. When I questioned the increase I was told it's because I have 45 series tires...I've ALWAYS had that tire size. Instead of lying to me, I would have preferred honesty and simply been told they had increased their pricing. I was then lied to AGAIN when told I needed new brakes. I had new brakes installed within the last 3 months. The manager gave me attitude and responded I must be hard on my brakes. I will never use any of their services in the future. read more

I left Tires Plus with two quotes and at least a 48-hour turnaround. Being the impatient guy I am, I found Muller's from a google search. They were FAST: 20 minutes in and out for 4 new tires--plus I got an oil change. Their quote was significantly cheaper than Tires Plus, not to mention that the tires were higher quality. I even saved some bucks on the oil change. Brenda was hilarious. During my short wait, I hung out with Ruckus, the shop's little dog. 5 stars. read more

One of my vehicle's tires needed servicing. The whole process took all of fifteen minutes for the work to be completed. The price for the service was reasonable. Overall, extremely pleased with Mueller Tires. This is a great shop for those who need new tires, but don't want to pay the new tire cost. They offer an excellent alternative with used tires that will get plenty of mileage for a portion of the cost. Oil changes and tire rotations are also available. I had mechanical work done on my brakes and not happy with it at all they were nice in the beginning but then when I had to take my car back to have my rotors redone I was told the girl at the desk said I never hear do things coming back well guess what it went back then I was told it was something else then another thing GEEEEEE are they out for money or customer satisfaction I think not either one don't get your brakes done there I am done read more

These guys are always my "go to" guys for tire services. Fast and reasonable prices. Usually in and out within a hour or less depending on what you need. You cannot get that at the Big name tire shops. They move quickly and they know their stuff. read more

Would not recommend to anyone. They advertise used tires for 13 dollars. I get there and they tell me 32. I asked the guy at the counter to speak with a manager and he said there was not one there till 1pm. I gave him my name and number to have her call me. 245pm and still no call. I head back down there to the same useless guy there that tells me shes still not there and he doesnt know anything about the price online and still cant do anything for me. They waisted my time going there twice with there false advertisement on price. read more

We go here every time we need a new tire or a patch. They are extremely helpful and the prices are very reasonable. They are also very fast.

I just went to Mueller's to have my hood latch looked at. I called other places and they said they wouldn't do it. Mueller's took care of it right away and said that it just needed to be lubed up good, which they do during oil changes. I am so happy with their customer service and will remember them in the future! read more

Never before have I been so thoroughly screwed over by a business. I urge you to stay away. I went here for new tires, and after they had replaced the tires they told me I needed additional repairs, then once they had completed those repairs, they told me I needed more additional repairs, and then again, after those repairs, low and behold I again needed something more. In total it would cost me more than $3000 for all the repairs they claimed I needed. Plus, they replaced something, later telling me that it was a mistake and didn't need to be replaced, but they charged me for it anyway, saying "Everybody makes mistakes." Yes, everybody makes mistakes, but it is not your customers who should pay for those mistakes. I'm not even saying that they are lying about all of the repairs needed. I've made an appointment with a new mechanic and will find out then. My complaint is that, instead of telling me everything that was wrong initially, they gave it to me piece by piece, so by the time I found out about the next problem I was already on the hook financially for the first. If they had told me up front that I needed $3000 worth of repairs, I would have purchased a new vehicle. Instead, they told me I needed $600-a reasonable investment- then another $800-which, fine, I already spent $600, might as well finish the job. Then, when I'm already $1400 in, they tell me about the other $1000 dollars worth of repairs plus additional repairs I didn't even bother getting an estimate for. I am shocked and dismayed at the blatantly dishonest business practices this shop employs. Again, I urge you, stay away. read more
