This is by far the best auto experience I've had with auto repair in my entire life so far. Ken who runs the front was an excellent person to talk to when getting my car looked at for the issues that it was having. The overall cost was pretty affordable as well compared to other mechanics. Ken had great customer service was very friendly very patient and very well at explaining what's going on. He's very thorough and knows what he's talking about. My daughter was here from Iowa and had some tire and rotor problems. After much running around and being told, by other places, there was an alternator problem or a fuel pump problem or whatever we took the car to LG automotive. The reason we hadn't taken it there in first place was her husband was trying to have it taken care of on Sunday. I took my Ford Escape there a while back. My complaint was about what sounded like a bad wheel bearing. Turns out it was a tire that had started failing internally. Call BMW because I was told they were the only ones That could repair the car at a cost of over $3000. Called LG automotive they said they could do the work and walked away with a savings of over half of what I would've spent. Loren looked over the vehicle and repaired what needed to be repaired. I do most of my own car repairs, but if a project is going to take me longer than a day, or require an expense tool that I don't own, I'll take my cars to a shop. I found LG automotive thanks to Yelp. I have used them a number of times now, and I have always been pleased with their service. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The owner Loren, is honest, organized and professional. He runs a very nice shop. The prices are right in line with what you should expect to pay for quality auto repair work. Referred to Loren from a friend of mine and I'm glad he did... Called Loren about a check engine light on my 2002 Impala and he was able to quickly determine the problems and set a course to fix the problems entirely at one time. Other garages I used to go to gave me the run around but not Loren at LG. He took the time to show me the codes and set a repair plan as to what we should do. He quickly had my car fixed and back on the road within a few hours. LG is super clean shop. From the start they were trying save me money. And showed me everything they did with my 2012 Chevy Impala. He got part they thought might be problem but it wasn't the probem. Instead of charging me for it, they put back old part and didn't charge me for part that got for. They further look into the problem and they were fix my problem with my chevy. I'd highly recommend checking into this auto repair shop. Yesterday I checked yelp first and the ratings are great so I know it'll be a good place to start. I was able to get my car in for an oil change that day. It cost just under $32. Loren is really nice and has actual social skills which, lets face it are not always taught these days. He suggested the coffee shop just across the street, Julies, which was also great. You can tell he is knowledgeable and really did a great job explaining to me the codes my car came up with and all options to get everything attended. As a women, I appreciate that, and he could have said that I need to fix it all but he was honest and told me when it needed to be done and that I could schedule it one at a time. I'll be back! Loren is easily one of the best, if not the best, mechanic I've ever had. My parents have trusted him with our vehicles for the last decade at least and he's been honest and to the point on every repair he's done. He always let's me know what needs immediate attention and what is not urgent. Terrible customer service. Long story short, we took our car there to get fixed and two days later the check engine light came on again. They told us to bring it back in and that they'd have it fixed by the end of the day. We took it in and they said we'd have to come back later. The next day we went to pick up the car (after we decided to not have them fix it) they couldn't find our keys. Asked if they had lost something they said no, and later told us that a mechanic left them in someone else's car. When we told them we weren't happy with the service they laughed it off.
