Acted as if it was a hassle to look in the computer to see what size my car needed. Didn't offer to help me find them, just told me the 3 sizes. I was then left to find my open wiper blades from an entire aisle. Picked some out and purchased them. They didn't offer to install them. This is the first time I've ever been there and not been offered help. After Installing them ourselves, i turned them on to try them only to realize that the 26" wouldn't fully wipe the window. Went back inside to exchange for a different kind, this time a different employee grabbed one that would fit. It was also marked 26". Purchased new blade, installed it and now have clean, rain free windows. I will go to OReiily next time and skip the auto zone.

This auto care center has consistently gone down hill over the past year. Not only do they run 2…read morehours behind, despite having an appointment scheduled, but they do not update you about the delay/wait when you drop your vehicle off for its service and then when you ask to speak to the manager about bad customer service the front desk person does not take any accountability and states that it is not his job to know if the mechanics are on time or not. This place definitely will not be servicing my car anymore and I would not recommend anyone coming here either.

While I went there to get my front brakes fixed, they quickly informed me that I needed ALL of my brakes fixed. I was quoted a very reasonable price. However, once they really got into my car, the price more than doubled. I am not complaining one bit. Most places would've fixed the bare minimum, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe For my family to drive. They did an incredible job and just by fixing the brakes the ride is so much smoother. All their parts have a warranty. You will be getting a quality service and you will definitely get your moneys worth and peace of mind. Very refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable and also looking out for your best interest. I would definitely recommend, and I will be taking them all of my business from now on.

When I got there, they tried to add a $30 fee to remove a non-exsistant drop in bed liner (pic of the one I removed myself attached) and another $30 fee to undo two screws that attache the cover. Both of which were never discussed. When I confronted the clerk he told me that I did have a liner in the truck. After my third time informing him I did not, I asked him if he thought I was lying. He finally took off the extra $60 no discuss in this service. He basically treated me like a liar. ALSO - HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK - and I asked him why and he said it was his right. I expressed that he has the right to choose to wear or not when you are not at work consumer facing. You are in customer service, respect your customers by protecting them.

Great tint job and I had a bedliner installed as well. Clean job and erything looked great. Display room was clean and professional. It had everything you could want to do-up your truck or jeep. Staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to pull up options and pictures.
