They are honest people and do not pressure you into getting something you don't need. It's really hard to find an auto shop that makes me feel this comfortable given I have little knowledge about cars. I needed 2 tires replaced and call other places in town to get a quote and it was hard to get straight answer from anyone. I just needed an estimation and nothing has to be set in stone but I felt like no-one could do that. So I asked Jeff at Revline for an estimate and had a few other questions he was able to answer them and that made me feel comfortable about making an appointment and order the tires I needed. I felt like the price he quoted was fair and the approximate time for the service to be complete was definitely reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a call here if you ever need any work done on your car. They will do a great job and won't waste the whole day doing it.

I took it back exactly a month later and was told the part had worn out, and all parts had a life time warranty, and they wanted to charge me another $100 to put the right part on which they did not do the first time. I didn't understand why I should pay sn additional $100 for them to fix their mistake. I did not at any time refuse to pay them, but when I picked my car up, there was a note on the car saying we were rude and refused to pay them, therefore they will no longer work on my car.
